Great location, great service and quiet!

We enjoyed the location of this property. I had a fantastic surprise when housekeeping made a special display of rose petals and an towel elephant on the bed for my birthday. Unfortunately, the room was not pre checked for new arrivals(us) The following is a shortened version of what transpired. There was an empty water dispenser, no hot water in the shower, the pool was murky, and the filtration was not working, no pool towels, the safe needed new batteries and resetting. All of these were corrected after a heated disagreement with reception staff who said it would be done the next day.... NO WE WANT IT DONE TODAY, we paid for 9 nights not 8 Even though the bed was made perfectly the sheets were never changed (we stayed 9 nights) although the towels were replaced daily. Don't think the floors were ever swept, very gritty. Reception area very dark and unwelcoming, new door mats don't cost much, please buy some and that would give a kept and loved appearance at least. Note, don't break any glasses, we got charged 100,000 ($10) for one that we broke. Better villas for same price are everywhere, we strongly recommend shopping around. Not recommended to waste your money here, very tired and in need of updating.

Super clean, 3 bedroom villa with private pool was perfect. I had accidentally left the room safe open and the cleaners let the front desk staff know. At their first chance they let me know not to do that again. Only downside was the showers were a little cold.

Such a beautiful property with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Walkability to local shops and restaurants was convenient. My only complaint would be that the shower temperature never exceeds like warm but after a day of sweating in the sun, that wasn’t a deal breaker.
