Staycity Aparthotels London Deptford Bridge

Decent enough for a stay after visiting the O2 without the extortionate prices of closer hotels on concert nights. Next to DLR station which is very convenient.

We were made to feel very welcome. Clean and comfortable. In a very convenient position. Would definitely stay again.

First off, the parking IS NOT FREE as listed on here. It’s £13 overnight. Second, when I called to pre-book it, I was not told that the parking actually isn’t available at this location but at another one relatively nearby, I only found this out after we arrived at the hotel and couldn’t find the parking anywhere (which is very stressful in London traffic) and then I had to search on the website to find out that we actually needed to drive to the other location, get the code inside, and then carry all of our things back to our hotel. Another point here is that we didn’t see any handicap accessible way to enter or exit the garage as a pedestrian. Once we got to the hotel the staff was lovely and welcoming, and the room was clean so no complaints there!

WOW. Arrived and was immediately greeted by a host and two great reception staff. From arrival to check in and in room maybe took 3 minutes!!!! Super efficient and helpful. Room.was clean, spacious and great amenities. Recently reopened and was a great stay. Check put.super efficient, great staff, great facilities, couldn't make breakfast as I was rushing but looked superb
