Awful cellar room no breakfast no staff

This is not a hotel but a series of rooms (most in the basement) in a deserted building. There is no human contact or reception (so use of word hotel is misleading) and you enter a premises from the street, through a closed down restaurant and decend the stairs to your room (more like a cell). Room as small and basic with cheap fittings substituting for wardrobe or a desk, a skylight which leads to a shaft which then leads to another skylight much higher up. There is nothing in the room except the bed, a cabinet, a place to hang some items (no hangers), a small tv and a standing heater/fan. The safe was broken. The toilet shower in the hallway was clean but again small. This should not be listed on Hotels.com but on airb&b for its low standard and basic facilities.. there is no other room except the one you book, no lounge, living room, restaurant, bar, outside area.. NOTHING... There are NO toiletries, bottled water etc..There are much better places available nearby for the same price which are actual hotels or guest houses with facilities and human beings to check you in and provide you with information. Plus the hotel information and photographs do not represent this property. Horrendous.

Meget slidt værelse med meget dårlige og trange toilet og badeforhold. Bruserstang hang løst fra væggen, hårdtørrer virkede ikke m.m.

Matstället i entrén var under renovering och kunde inte ens erbjuda tevatten, förutom att det inte var en särskilt välkomnande yta. Fick tillgång till rummet före incheckning, vilket var tacksamt.

The hotel is under construction. It is dusty in the front lobby, and lights in the corridor are not switched on. The front facade windows are unwashed and dusty. The beds are horrible. Overall, you get what you pay for and it is ok if you can rough it out.

Saknar toalett och dusch

I never received an access code in advance of my stay so I was shut out for about two hours. The place is under construction. There was another guest who arrived during my stay who told me that his room was empty and under construction my room was also so hot that I had to have the fan on me anytime I was in there. I do not recommend this place.

We booked Room 1, Double Deluxe, so it came with an en-suite toilet and a separate shower. The bed was ok -the bedding was fresh and clean. The fridge was a Coca-Cola fridge, so it was a laugh for us, it wasn't very cold but it was sufficient for a night. Please note the hotel is unmanned, I received the check-in code the day before so no issues with checking in. There's an empty ex-cafe on the ground floor, which you walk through to get to the stairs to your room. Our room was on the upper floor facing the main street. Soundproofing is ok, but you will hear some street noise if they are extremely loud, like a siren or someone shouting. A good-enough place to stay for a night or two if what you are looking for is a clean place with good locations.

Perfekt läge, inte ett dammkorn. Renaste hotellrum jag bott i. Vi handlade lite frukost på ica som ligger nästan vägg i vägg med hotellet. Frukosten ställde vi i kylen. Sängen var underbar och lika så sängkläderna och kuddarna.

Detta kan inte klassas som ett hotell, det är ett vandrarhem med slitna och fläckiga möbler, en gemensam toalett med svartmögel på väggen i duschen och fläckig handduk. Helt missvisande information på sajten om standarden och kategoriseringen av detta boende.

This property is the worst i've ever stayed in. The contact to the staff (especially Michael) was nice and very helpful and friendly. But thats the only good thing i can say about this stay. They call themselves a Business Hotel. So i stayed there for a Business Trip. 3 Nights - NO SLEEP. Because of a very loud fan, you cannot turn off because it's a System for the whole house (The staff told me on the phone). The Bathroom is shared - any information beforehand when i booked with Expedia? NO! I found out while i read the reviews the morning of my arrival. The pictures? A thousand years old. The bathroom stinks, there is mold in every angle of the shower, the poo from millions of other people on the toilet brush. People smoke in their rooms, so the whole building smells like cold smoke. Never ever will come back in my whole life.

TV svår att hantera. Gick inte att höja/sänka volymen. Kunde inte hitta rätt bland kanalerna. Fläckig säng, inte lakanen utan under bäddmadrassen som var för kort och som inte dolde fläckarna upp vid huvudändan.Bra med kylskåpet men det var lite för högt ljud.

Checking in and out was very easy. The location was good for me. Tiny room (without its own bathroom) and no external window.

Bra läge och bekväma sängar men det finns utrymme för förbättring. I badrummet saknade vi fläkt, skrapa och handdusch. I rummet var takbelysningen i svagaste laget, likaså i trappan upp till rummet.

Plus: ganska sköna sängar och fåtöljer. Minus: Tv utan ljud, knepigt att ändra kanaler, ibland bytte den själv. Hårtorken fungerade inte. Ena spolknappen (den lilla) på toa fungerade inte. Handfat med dåligt avflöde, nästan stopp. Fläkt ovanför sängarna med högt, jobbigt ljud hela tiden, gick inte att ändra. Kylskåpet ej igång när vi kom. Trappan upp till vån.1 saknade nästan helt en ledstång att hålla sig i, fanns bara en kort bit i mitten.

TV.n kass. Svårt att hitta kanalerna, hittade inte SVT eller TV4. Ljudet på TV:n gick inte att reglera. Bra med kylskåpet men ett frukansvärt högt ljud som kom periodvis

チェックイン方法の連絡が無くメールで問い合わせたが返信がありませんでした。 チェックイン開始時間に居合わせた関係者がオーナーに連絡を取って解決してくれました。 チェックイン情報はSMSでの送信だと電話口で言われましたが、データ通信は可能でしたが、電話が不調で受け取れず、事前に教えて欲しかったです。 メールで何度も問い合わせましたが一切の返信はありませんでした。 立地と価格は非常にお得です。

Rummet var helt ok. Mitt samtal om Early check-inn var inte noterat. Fick dock rummet lite tidigare då vi själva råkade se städpersonalen. Lobbyn var inte det minsta välkomnande såg ut som ingen gjort något där på länge = övergiven. Hårtorken på rummet fungerade inte och handfatet på wc var stickat.

Skøn beliggenhed i Södermalm med butikker og beværtninger lige om hjørnet og i gåafstand fra gamla stan.

Smidigt centralt boende. Inget märkvärdigt men var mycket nöjd.
