The lodge was very comfortable and had all we needed. We had a problem with the heating at one point and the tv reception and the wardens were amazing and helpful and answered any concerns we had immediately. The cleaners and house keepers were exceptional, including Hollicarrs staff. Lisa was super helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond when we needed to extend our stay. No concerns at all. We would highly recommend.

Our lodge was absolutely beautiful and location was perfect. We stayed for 7 nights and could easily have stayed longer. The lodge was immaculate and cosy. Bed was so comfy and loved the addition of blackout blinds. This lodge did lack a few of the basics we have had in other lodges on site such as only 2 pans and lack of some cooking utensils. Also no hairdryer in this lodge. Only minor issues and we’d definitely book this lodge again. The park itself is beautiful and very well maintaibed.
