Otel ilk karşılamadan itibaren insanı evinde hissettiren, huzurlu, sakin ve temiz bir konaklama imkanı sunuyor. Yatak rahattı, oda her gün titizlikle temizleniyordu. Housekeeper Evi çok güleryüzlü ve misafirperverdi. Otelin kahvaltı hizmeti standartların çok üzerindeydi. Çok lezzetliydi, ürünler tazeydi. Özellikle Yiğithan Chef, Ali ve Mert bey güleryüzleri, misafirperverlikleri ile oteli bizim için bir aile ortamına çevirdiler. Onlara özel olarak teşekkür etmek isteriz. Çocuklarla olan iletişimleri özellikle aileler için otelin güçlü yanlarından. Otelin ulaşımı oldukça rahat. Taksim, İstiklal, Dolmabahçe, Bjk stadı yürüme mesafesinde. İstanbul’a geldiğimde tekrar gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirim ve tavsiye ederim. Otelin olumsuz diyebileceğim tek yönü teras katının kullanım dışı olması diyebilirim. Amazing location. It is very close to all types of transportation. The staff is friendly and attentive. We’ve stayed here twice now and noticed they did change the breakfast buffet style however still a great view every morning!

Very nice hotel, location very good, roof top breakfast restaurant superb, amazing views. We were there for the Guns'n'Roses concert at the Besiktas stadium, literally a few minutes walk, and also only 15 mins or so walk to Taksim, Beyoglu etc. Staff very efficient, polite, attentive, welcoming, professional. Will definitely use this hotel every time we go to Istanbul.

Bien ubicado en la zona bonita de istambul, puedes ir caminando al palacio Dolmabache y encontrar restaurantes con vistas al mar. Sin embargo, queda a 15 minutos en coche del centro por si buscas para visitar el bazar, mazquitas y demas. El único detalle es que pedimos una habitación con vista al mar y en las fotos se ve espectacular y aunque nos dieron el piso más alto posible, hay un edificio que cubre parcialmente la vista. yy los sábados hacen fiesta en el restaurante (piso de arriba) por lo que no podrás tener silencio para dormir. Fuera de esos detalles, todo muy bien.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Mann hat super Verbindungsmöglichkeiten zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bekommen. Wir würden die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen. Und nicht zu vergessen ist die Hammer Aussicht aus dem Restaurant oben 👆😎👌👍.

Very unfriendly reception who hangs up on your face when calling from the room saying we had an open drain in the shower which was also quite horrendous. There are much better properties around the area. Would not recommend.

Das Hotel hat ein guten Standartort und von dort aus hat Mann viel Möglichkeiten als zu Fuß auch mit Auto sein ziel zu erreichen. Das Hotel Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und auch sauber. Die Zimmer worden jeden Tag gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Minibar war sehr gut aufgefüllt und außer Wasserkocher gibst auch Kapsel Kaffeemaschine und dafür gebe ich 1 Punkte mehr. Das Hotel hat sehr freundliche personal und hilfsbereit. Frühstück in Hotel ist für mich sehr wichtig. Ich lege viel wert darauf und bin auch nicht enttäuscht von Frühstücksbuffet(Sehr gut). Kein Kantinen Frühstücksbuffet. Mein nächste Istanbul Hotelaufenthalt wird "The Artisan Istanbul MGallery"

We left our heavy suticases and they were so kind to store all the sweets and chocolates we had purchased in their cold storage. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly reccomend Artisan in Istanbul.

A fantastic hotel, breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was a treat each morning. The staff were exceptional and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and comfortable. On the Friday and Saturday there is noise at the front from a club in the area, that was a minor inconvenience. Location was great and central to most areas. I would definitely return. Alles top, nur leider haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster (Blickrichtung in den Innenhof) erwischt. Das war somit das einzige was ich kritisieren würde. Wenn man schon eine Glasscheibe in riesigem Ausmaß einbaut, konnte man auch diese auch mit einer Kipp-Funktion ausstatten für die Frischluft Zufuhr.

The man who checked me in was fantastic, too – very friendly, organised a car to take me to the airport in the morning, offered to have the restaurant make up a takeaway breakfast (although I didn't take him up on this). Just a lovely stay all around. And I liked the neighbourhood, which was a little calmer than Sultanahmet.

Great location! Pricey for the value. Excellent breakfast. Be careful not to overcharged due to currency difference. Hotel overcharged me for the room I had reserved for my niece and her husband. They charge you in euros even you have booked in US dollars! Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Overall good hotel with great location.

The employees of this hotel lacked the basic understanding of English. Our stay was very stressful because we could not communicate effectively which made our stay difficult. A waiter explained to us a desert item on the menu as an ice cream but he delivered a hot melted Halva with a sprinkle of crushed pistachio. Very poor service. I believe the service we received was very poor versus the money we paid for our stay in this hotel.

Perfect location away from the hustle but close enough to get to without too much effort. Amazing reception and front of house staff, amenities and breakfasts! Ferries are a short walk away, Taksim Square only a 10 minute stroll away and a convenient grocery store right next door for those incidentals. Was a great place to spend the last 2 nights of a hectic Euro trip prior to flying back home. Be sure to give the custodian puppies a pat also! A room with a Bosphorus view is the best idea if you can nab one 😁

The location was perfect to start your adventure in Istanbul. The only thing…it is near soccer stadion Besiktas..(which is also really cool..because from the rooftop you can look at the stadion..)so when there is a football match all roads around are closed and the reach of the hotel is not that easy by car/taxi.

La colazione (ottima) viene servita su una terrazza panoramica dalla quale si ha una visione a 360 gradi su Istanbul. The Artisan is a respectable, enjoyble hotel to stay at. The bed was comfy, with great black out curtains and a great shower. The staff mostly kept to themselves, but they were helpful when we asked for things. Simple amenities, and we didn't try the breakfast but the lobby always seemed very quiet. The area is quiet and easy access down the hill to besiktas or up the hill to Taksim, so a great location.

The room was fine, mattress hanging through a bit, the rest of the hotel looked much better on the website. The top floor restaurant has a great view but the furnishings are not very comfortable and very used. On the map it seems like you are super close to Taksim Sq however it's a pretty steep uphill walk takes about 10 min at least.

Outstanding staff service from the restaurant to the main entrance passing through the house keeping and the check in out counter: this made the difference. Moreover, the hotel is taking care of two extremely clean, safe and friendly dogs which we have really appreciated! One thing: the breakfast could have been better in terms of variety for such hotel class.
