They did a great job cleaning my room each day, and location was busy but very connected. Loved the bathtub + how cold you can make the room. Would stay again.

We received an upgrade to a double double room on the corner, with a great view over the popular intersection. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and our bags were kept safely until check-in time

Ideal location, close to many restaurants, shopping malls. Friendly staff and clean facilities. The gym was very nice. Staff provided a quick tour. We stayed several nights. The only issue was the dryer in the laundry room, it took a while to dry and my clothes were removed even though I kept checking within the allowed time. There was only 1 washer and 3 dryers in the 5th floor laundry room. The iron is located there as well. (I called the front desk to ask for an iron and was initially told there was none but saw when using the laundry facilities.) Overall a great location and would stay here again.
