숙소가 너무 적고 샤워부스가 좋지않아요! 세면대도 참대옆에 있어서 물이 튀어요! 재방문 의사 없습니다.

This little gem was a perfect spot to spend my final night in Seoul. It has plenty of great restaurants nearby and it was close enough to the metro that I could easily walk there before and after check-in and check out. The room was crazy clean and quiet. I will definitely be staying there my next time in Seoul!

The sink was closed, there were slippers available but they had already been used. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the mattress was an air mattress.

The hotel was extremely dirty, had the heavy smell of cigarette smoke (even in the non-smoking rooms), was poorly maintained, and the actual hotel did not match the pictures shown in the ad on the site. The hotel staff were unavailable on site and the whole check-in process was automated with a kiosk. There seems to be no staff on site. When we called the hotel staff and informed them that we had issues with the heavy cigarette smoke and dirty room, they were unhelpful and unapologetic. We indicated that we had a guest who was allergic to cigarette smoke and they did not offer any help or other solution. We also indicated that the towels, sheets, and other parts of the room were unkept and dirty. They offered zero consolation and did not help to resolve this matter. When we tried to cancel the room reservation, they refused to refund us for the room even though the non-smoking room smelled like heavy cigarette smoke, was dirty, and clearly did not match the photos as advertised. After complaining to Expedia/Hotels.com we were only able to get a partial refund. Avoid this hotel, its dirty, smells like smoke, does not match the advertised photos, and is as minimally staffed as possible. There are way better options in the area.
