Rubin was absolutely amazing. I had never been to the area , despite being swamped at the front desk he took the time to explain parking to me and give me my best options he asks about my personal plans for the night and. Next day to ensure I opted into the best parking location. He even offered to handle the 4 o’clock gate for me !! He provided us with explanation to get complimentary breakfast and bath robes which made me feel so comfortable like and relaxed in the room for the night before a. Big day exploring the city next day. He is an asset and truely made our entire night. Also the bartender at the downstairs bar was phenomenal , a little fly landed near my drink and he immediately swapped it out for fresh ice and cup , I felt truely so taken care of and as though the staff truely cares about our experience !!! I did not want to leave and will definitely be coming back with more friends next time !!

Super clean room, staff was extremely nice. We ended up getting breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Buffet was good, especially on Saturday when they had a spinach and egg soufflé

Our room was smaller than I thought. The bottom sheets came off the top of the bed each night because they have shrunk from washing. However room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you.

The garage parking is way too small and dead ends with little room to turn around. Hotel was very clean and close to Metro stop. No room service. Brekfast at hotel okay but nothing soecial.
