Chanbre qui ne vaut clairement pas son prix. Buffet répétitif. Piscine pas très propre.

Très grand hôtel, beaucoup d'espaces mais aussi beaucoup de monde, surtout des familles avec enfants. Le logement en appartement était très agréable et spacieux. On a apprécié le service en chambre, au buffet et dans les restaurants. Spa et massages parfaits. Et une dédicace spéciale pour les équipes de la salle de sport qui ont accompagnés toute la famille (boxe, yoga, RPM, TRX...) , merci !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, excellent facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. What truly made my experience exceptional was the service. A special thanks to Nour at the check-in desk, she was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole arrival process smooth and pleasant, taking the time to ensure everything was perfect and answering all my questions with a smile. The staff overall were attentive and courteous, always ready to assist with anything I needed. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. The hotel is also perfect for families, offering plenty of facilities to keep kids entertained and happy throughout the stay, which made it even more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent hotel. I have stayed here twice now and the staff are exceptional, the hotel is gorgeous, food is unbelievable and activities are just great. Cannot wait for our next stay
