Great place to stay, lovely hosts, amazing breakfast. Comfortable bed, our room had corner bath and separate shower, was such a relaxing stay. Tip, pay attention to the address... We didn't put in the house number, only the post code and we drove by twice before I checked it. EV owners There was a single AC EV charging point. Think it was 22kw but not all cars can utilise the full amount. Took us 6 ish hours to get 71kw (100%). I won't state the pricing as it's always subject to change, but it was half what we would have paid at public charging with no subscriptions. and when we had no need to drive out anyway it doesn't get easier than leaving it to charge overnight. Hosts even had a longer CCS cable on hand to make charging a breeze. Highly recommend and would stay again if ever we had to visit Silverstone again... it's well worth the drive over.

We had an amazing time staying at Yew Tree Farm! We came to visit family in Bedford (only a 30 minute drive away), but also to see the National Computing Museum and Bletchely Park. Our hosts were fantastic, they chatted with us whilst making a delicious breakfast and were very knowledgeable about the local area. Our room itself was a great size and we loved having gardens to walk around in. They also have a small zoo of sorts (ducks, a goose, chickens, zebra finches, cats, a dog), which we loved. Every amenity was provided for, and it was very thoughtful to leave us snacks (and top them up on the second day!). They also had a book of suggestions of places to visit in the local area, of which we had a lovely dinner in the Crooked Billet and in the Three Arms. The former was no more than a 10 minute walk away, whereas the latter was a 5-10 minute drive (apparently also walkable but about 30 minutes). Our our way to Bedford we also drove past Woburn Safari park and loved looking out at the deer- if we had longer, we'd certainly like to go back to that. Overall, we'd love to come back to Yew Tree Farm, we just don't know when we'll next be in the area! But thank-you so much for having us, and especially for the very tasty vegetarian sausages- I have just bought some more for myself!

Lynn and Josh were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and plenty of snacks. Fresh milk was supplied daily. Our breakfast was delicious and included cereals, fruit and a choice of any combination of a full English breakfast, with their own free range eggs and homemade marmalade. For evening meals, there was a pub and take away a short drive away and Lynn opened up the breakfast room so we could eat our take away in comfort. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at Yew Tree Farm! Warmly greeted my Josh, who put my car on charge, showed me to my room, which was well presented, clean with very adequate facilities. Breakfast was cooked to order, with a friendly chat, all produce very high quality and overall a really pleasant experience. Thank you!

The room was a good size in its own outbuilding . The level of drinks and snacks provided was excellent and there was an outside private table and chairs. We enjoyed a short stroll through the garden and wooded area..The owner gave us a very friendly welcome and we have no reason to think that breakfast will be anything other than excellent . We weren't so impressed with the local pub, the Crooked Billet , however , and wouldn't recommend it as a place to eat, although it is within walking distance .

I stayed with friend to go to Bletchley Park. Our host suggested doing a tour there which was great advice as we got more insight. He offered us fresh milk when we arrived and was very friendly. The room and bathroom was very nice with a choice of snacks and decaf drinks if wanted. Clean, smart relaxing and a fan was provided as it was warm. There was everything you could have wanted at breakfast which was cooked to order. We shared a table with 2 other guests and the hosts cooked in the same room. Home made granola, GF options , cooked breakfast and specials available for pre- order. Lovely hosts ...very relaxing. Such a great find, and amazing value!

Every home comfort provided, very clean and comfortable room, absolute peace and quiet. Very friendly and welcoming hosts and superb breakfast cooked to order. All at a very reasonable price. An added bonus for us - as cat fans - was the lovely friendly cat who spent the evening in our room happy to be made a fuss of. Hope to make a return trip in the future.

Cannot fault our stay. We were made very welcome and service was very personal and attentive. Our room was very comfortable with an excellent bed and a great bathroom (the lip to enter the shower is quite high and one needs to remember that). Plenty of power points including USB sockets - which was very handy. The garden was well worth a stroll in - with some delightful birds to talk to as well. Breakfast was top notch in all respects.

Good clean accomodation and very friendly owners. Excellent breakfast cooked before your own eyes and hence fresh and hot. Nothing too much trouble and site close to amenities for evening meals and Bletchley Park. Would suggest a hook on the bathroom door if being picky.

Easy to find and the owner was quick to help me find the right place to park. I was blown away by the beautiful room, so peaceful and perfectly decorated. I had one of the best nights' sleep and the breakfast is terrific. I look forward to my next trip.

Absolutely amazing stay. Stayed for the f1 weekend and they made sure breakfast was early ready for us and a pack up for the Sunday. Nothing was too much trouble they were amazing . Would highly recommend

From greeting us to our departure we felt individually welcomed by both Josh and his partner. Lovely accommodation and we peeked in the other rooms that they have available, all looked spacious, well thought out and with those additional personal touches. Comfy bed, linen and spacious area to shower in. Loved the breakfast room as well. Such a lovely friendly couple making you feel so welcome throughout. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic little spot on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, close to all attractions, the service and welcome were second to none with a fantastic breakfast. If we are in the area again, we wouldnt hesitate to book again.

We had an amazing time staying at Yew Tree Farm! We came to visit family in Bedford (only a 30 minute drive away), but also to see the National Computing Museum and Bletchely Park. Our hosts were fantastic, they chatted with us whilst making a delicious breakfast and were very knowledgeable about the local area. Our room itself was a great size and we loved having gardens to walk around in. They also have a small zoo of sorts (ducks, a goose, chickens, zebra finches, cats, a dog), which we loved. Every amenity was provided for, and it was very thoughtful to leave us snacks (and top them up on the second day!). They also had a book of suggestions of places to visit in the local area, of which we had a lovely dinner in the Crooked Billet and in the Three Arms. The former was no more than a 10 minute walk away, whereas the latter was a 5-10 minute drive (apparently also walkable but about 30 minutes). Our our way to Bedford we also drove past Woburn Safari park and loved looking out at the deer- if we had longer, we'd certainly like to go back to that. Overall, we'd love to come back to Yew Tree Farm, we just don't know when we'll next be in the area! But thank-you so much for having us, and especially for the very tasty vegetarian sausages- I have just bought some more for myself!

This B&B is a real find. Immaculately clean and comfortable in acres of beautiful surroundings. Lynn and Josh are the perfect hosts and tag team to cook you your perfect breakfast to order every morning. Located in a great location for exploring the many attractions in the area or attending MK Bowl. Lynn and Josh have great local knowledge whatever it is you want to do on your stay. Do have a look at the little offers available in the dining room you can purchase in support of charity. I would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough! The attention to every detail and their seamless efforts to ensure you have a comfortable memorable stay rivals the best of them.

Great little hideaway with a personal touch. Josh and Lynn made us very welcome as well as providing a made-to-measure breakfast. Location wise awkward if you don't have a car but ideal for MK Bowl and nicer than staying in a big hotel in town. Rooms in good condition and comfortable beds. Also a lovely small pub nearby which was ideally placed.

The room was a good size in its own outbuilding . The level of drinks and snacks provided was excellent and there was an outside private table and chairs. We enjoyed a short stroll through the garden and wooded area..The owner gave us a very friendly welcome and we have no reason to think that breakfast will be anything other than excellent . We weren't so impressed with the local pub, the Crooked Billet , however , and wouldn't recommend it as a place to eat, although it is within walking distance .

Superb stay. The room was in tip top order and the breakfast choice was amazing. Best thick cut marmalade I have ever had at a B and B. A brilliant choice when visiting Bletchley Park and a great meal at the nearby Dolphin in Stoke Hammond. Will definitely return.

Excellent stay at Yew Tree Farm! Warmly greeted my Josh, who put my car on charge, showed me to my room, which was well presented, clean with very adequate facilities. Breakfast was cooked to order, with a friendly chat, all produce very high quality and overall a really pleasant experience. Thank you!

The B&B was very comfortable. We had a goodnight sleep. The breakfast was vey good and they prepared a packed breakfast for my husband who decide not to have breakfast before preaching.

I stayed with friend to go to Bletchley Park. Our host suggested doing a tour there which was great advice as we got more insight. He offered us fresh milk when we arrived and was very friendly. The room and bathroom was very nice with a choice of snacks and decaf drinks if wanted. Clean, smart relaxing and a fan was provided as it was warm. There was everything you could have wanted at breakfast which was cooked to order. We shared a table with 2 other guests and the hosts cooked in the same room. Home made granola, GF options , cooked breakfast and specials available for pre- order. Lovely hosts ...very relaxing. Such a great find, and amazing value!

Ett av de bästa boendena under vår vecka i England med bil. Rummet var fint med allt vi behövde. Välkomnande med nötter, kakor, drycker mm på rummet. Trevligt med trädgård, möjlighet att sitta ute, och med djuren. Det personliga bemötandet betydde så mycket, tack för hemlagad frukost!

The perfect weekend spent there! The owners were both lovely, friendly and helpful for my first weekend at Silverstone and even give me a lift to the train station at 5am. The breakfast was perfect! The location is ideal with local pubs and walks. Hopefully if I can go next year to Silverstone I will be trying my hardest to get back here! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone

The room was ready for us when we arrived and we were greeted by the very welcoming host who showed us round and explained things we needed to know. He also gave us further information about the area and asked about our plans about which he gave us more useful information and tips. The property was very well kept and our room was spotless and had everything that we needed. Due to the unusually hot weather a fan had also been provided to try and make things more comfortable. We could choose the time for our breakfast and could vary this so that it fitted in with our plans. Breakfast consisted of a choice of continental and hot cooked food which was prepared whilst we were eating cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit. Each morning we could choose our breakfast and vary it as we wished. All of the produce was fresh and tasty, especially the eggs which were collected from the hens before breakfast each morning. The host was very sociable and we had many conversations with him about a plethora of topics which added to the enjoyment of our stay. It is certainly a place that we will have no hesitation about booking again.
