Great value in a lovely village. Good ales and food.

Owners very pleasant but only took over the business on the day we arrived therefore things were a bit tops turvy. Having said this they tried their best to make everyone comfortable.

Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay

All great big clean room nice bathroom all tiled great breakfast nice staff BUT just so cold in the room only had under floor heating got the room to 16c had to watch tv in bed to keep warm could not get the towel in the bathroom to work. It had a button like the ones you turn lights on and then they go off slowly as it had a tiled floor again just so cold when having a shower you need your socks on to walk in just to use the loo but I would go back but only in the summer
