The staff on our stay was extremely friendly and had amazing customer service. Apologized right away about the elevator being out of service, which was great to let us know. The staff that morning also let us check in early as we were in town visiting our son to watch his baseball game. This really helped us out. Thank you again.

My room did not get cleaned unless I specifically asked. My neighbor blasted his TV all night, every night. The elevator broke down the last two days of my visit, and I had to move all of my belongings from the third floor to my car without a cart. Also, I believe the thermostat is motion-sensored, so I would roast in the middle of the night. Staff was friendly.

It is pet friendly, they have a great area for dogs. I wish more people cleaned up after their dogs but it was still a great place to let our dog run. It was very quiet at night and everyone we ran into was kind.

Because they accept pets, they should have certain rooms designated for guests with pets. The first room they gave me, smell of dog urine. I requested a different room and they were polite, and promptly gave me a different room which was cleaner, the furniture was less worn, and did not smell. Need to upgrade the pillows. Coffee bar was stocked and pleasant. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to sleep, at a low amount. This is it. Staff were very pleasant !!

Had issues but staff fixed and was attentive and professional. Good beds but not clean. Furniture was stained elevator filthy and carpets not clean. Price was right but needs a deep cleaning.

Nice that it’s close to the sports complex and all of the stores and food. Had to wait a few hours after normal check in time to get in the room. Once in room it was nice that it offers a full size fridge, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. The small amount of staff on location was super nice. The beds were clean but the bathroom - toilet had pee all over it, shower had hair all through it, sink had dried toothpaste around it. Dishes were in washer still dirty! We had to clean all of it to even feel somewhat clean enough to use. Phone never worked from when we arrived. Around 230am the toilet made weird noise and when checked it would flush correctly . I’ll spend the extra money to stay elsewhere in the future !

I will say the staff was very nice. The room itself was pretty outdated, the floor had a bunch of stains on it and it smelled bad. We had requested more towels and never got them. Elevator smelled like hot tuna. The fridge was great and the amenities were good, AC was COLD (in a good way!) Overall not a bad experience, just could use some updating/maintenance.

Carpet was old had multiple stains in it. Desk chair seat was so stained i didn't even was to touch it. Other chair had stain on the seat also. Looked like it was missing a table by the chair. Turntable in microwave was missing. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice except for the shower rod was about to fall off the wall. As an extended stay it would be terrible. Glad we only booked 1 night.

This is a very strange hi hotel. I have a hard time describing it. The premises appeared to be in reasonably good condition. It was reasonably clean. The staff was friendly. The best way I can describe the room is barren. If you like no frills accomodations, this should thrill you. The TV was tiny. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Between the window heating unit and the refrigerator, there was a constant roar that eventually got so bad, I turned the refrigerator off and the heater down to 64 degrees. The bathroom was reasonably clean and the shower was fine. I heard people walking around above me and I could hear people talking in the room beside me. I suppose for the price, I've stayed in much worse. But based on other reviews I've read, I was just not thrilled with the room.

When I went to check in at 5 no one was at the desk. I had to call just to get someone to come up. I said “hello” very loudly 3 times before I called and still no one came. I waisted 15 minutes. Our room that had the Stan din the middle between the beds had ants bad. We couldn’t put anything on it because we had a pop on there and it got infested.

Handicap parking has always been easily accessible for family members to use as well. The general manager was very friendly & helpful to our special requests, which was very important to us. Our stay was amazing, except for the kids Friday night and Saturday night that were running up and down the hallways. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The kids being loud was not on the employees. The front desk did what they could to get the situation under control. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

They did not have room available until 745 pm although check in was 3. Lady at counter stated I mean I can't do anything about it. The bed sheets were not changed there were crumbs and hair in the sheets. Fridge did not work.

Our door lock failed and the staff were unable to unlock it until the next morning. Luckily they had one free room left and let us sleep there for the night but we had no access to our personal belongings. Would not recommend staying here.

Great location! Worth the money and cheaper than the other hotels in the area and only 5mins away from the mall area and eating restaurants!! Love it will be back! The staff was excellent!!

The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our room had a strange smell as someone may have smoke. She changed our room and help with other stuff. The bed is very comfortable. The room comes with a kitchenette. Very useful.

In the area for a basketball tournament. Very quiet and laid back. Kitchenette is a plus when traveling with kids, spend less eating out. Price is very good!

The overall cost was 5 stars, superb! During a summer heatwave, I was concerned about the air conditioning. But, it worked fabulous! in fact, there were times I had to adjust the temp bc I was getting too cold. There was recent flooding in the area so the hotel was accommodating to locals. I commend their efforts in providing help to those affected. Despite the busy rush, staff was extremely friendly & helpful. I wish I remembered her name but the light-colored hair girl at the front desk Friday @ check-in was very polite & professional. I appreciated her extra effort in accommodating my family & I (as well as other guests needs, at the same time) Much appreciated! My family & I cooked for each other taking turns. We had to share plates/cutlery bc our room wasn’t provided much. But we also didn’t ask for any bc I did bring some along. Being able to cook on site was a nice change from our recent hotel stays. We’ve been frequenting the area once a month lately… (2 rooms for 2 nights; Fri & Sat) we definitely plan on returning. The kitchenette was a plus for us… overall cost & location too. Thank you!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Great price. No luxuries. Rooms are dark and unstylish....great for the laborers for which the property is designed for. Full kitchen (microwave was missing the rotating plate). Nice outdoor dining picnic area with gas grills, picnic tables and cornhole game. WiFi and cable TV were adequate

Because they accept pets, they should have certain rooms designated for guests with pets. The first room they gave me, smell of dog urine. I requested a different room and they were polite, and promptly gave me a different room which was cleaner, the furniture was less worn, and did not smell. Need to upgrade the pillows. Coffee bar was stocked and pleasant. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to sleep, at a low amount. This is it. Staff were very pleasant !!

This is my second time here. My room was clean, the mattress comfy and the kitchenette was so helpful. Also, Michelle at the front desk, is fantastic!! Friendly, welcoming and happy to answer any questions.

The place looked great at arrival nice lobby great layout. The checkin quick and painless big elevator. The carpet was dirty and the freezer smells rotten and wouldn’t shut all the way luckily my son didn’t open it until the following morning when we were about to leave.
