Family oriented, enjoyed the lazy river. The infinity pool water was vey cloudy (unsure if there was a cleaning issue). Could benefit from a swim up bar. Also they had one bar in the lobby that closed relatively early. Enjoyed being able to choose what dates we wanted to be all inclusive. The servers by the infinity pool seemed to have had a hard time managing orders and keeping up. Overall beautiful property with 1 bedroom suites.

There was jackhammering of concrete all day long. The infiniti pool was closed and fenced off. Bed bugs. As we were not "all inclusive" I could not even brew a pot of coffee or bottled water without 83 peso charge- just ridiculous. "Lazy River" had black mold in non-circulated areas.

The rooms were really nice and the property was well-maintained. My only complaint would be that what distinguished this property for me was the lazy river. It looked so beautiful and relaxing, but it was basically unusable unless you are a small child because it is only about 2 and 1/2 feet deep. If not for the lazy river I would have stayed closer to either San Lucas or San Jose. There is road construction on the road to San Jose for the next 2 years which makes it a 35 minute drive.

Our suite had a nice view towards the ocean. The staff are very professional. The outdoor pools are great, from the kids pool to the infinity pool and of course the lazy river (our favorite). The beach view from the pool area is expansive. During our visit the hotel wasn't at capacity so easy access to pool chairs. We did not choose the all-inclusive plan at $150 PP/day. The meals are expensive and if you drink very much (we don't) it is probably a good idea. It was easy to spend $75-80/pp for dinner, and $50/pp for breakfast. The alocholic drinks were okay.

Amazing food at every restaurant, staff is very friendly . The hotel is very nice and clean. Not allowed to swim at the beach at this location . No poolside bar available. So you have to get a poolside waiter. Lazy river and pools are good temperature. And it’s expensive to get to town with the taxis .

This property is outstanding. It’s a beautiful lobby, friendly staff. Safe. The pools yes at least two or three. Multiple hot tubs in the area. There’s a lazy river, w/ Temperature that is perfect. When we came in yesterday, beach access was not permitted. The currents were strong and the wind was very heavy. But everything is so mindful here from cleaning off your table while you’re eating, taking away extra trash crumbs on the table to showing you select cuts of meat. I asked for a double cappuccino at one of the restaurants and it came out in a sniffer with perfectly whipped milk. The shampoo and conditioner and cream in the rooms are Italian in French based. The bed was so comfortable. The view was outstanding. You have to visit to appreciate how distinct it is from other hotels you may have visited.

During our one-week stay, everything was comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and kept our room clean every day. Among the hotels in Los Cabos, I think this one is the best. The pool was amazing, and ordering food was very easy and tasty. I would love to come back again — highly recommend this place! Thank you!

Spotless room. Staff was excellent especially the waiters Alma, Alessandro at the pool and the VERY BEST waiter at breakfast Yovani!!! The complaints: Took a while to get hot water to the room. Packets of coffee not included in the room after the first day. Having to go thru concierge for dinner reservations then having them push the property tours.

This is a typical ‘timeshare’ property, all though, they now sell ‘memberships’. The room was pretty. Showers were weak. I don’t like overhead showers so I turned it to the handheld, but the overhead continued to drip cold water. USE Uber! They will try to sell you into taxis and they are double the price (taxis can spiff the hotel). Uber is everywhere!!! We ate at La Taberna/Italian. That was disappointing. The glass of wine was old and had to be returned. The waiter tried to lecture me that glasses of wine are just not as good. That is just not true. They are if they are not properly stored. The dinner…below average. Maybe I should expect this in Mexico. You could get better Italian out of the freezer at Safeway. Overall, I had a great time with my sister! We laughed, read and enjoyed our time together.

Only drawback is the property is right across from the main highway. You will hear the traffic noise all night long. We got a white noise machine and jammed pillows under the door.

The staff are very slow at the restaurants and quite a few were rather unwelcoming. The resort is beautiful, and from looking at all the images (and the price tag) we expected 5-star service. We were disappointed with the service.

During our one-week stay, everything was comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and kept our room clean every day. Among the hotels in Los Cabos, I think this one is the best. The pool was amazing, and ordering food was very easy and tasty. I would love to come back again — highly recommend this place! Thank you!

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Food was good and presentation was beautiful. What will keep me from coming back is the HARD core sells approach upon registration. Man at desk sent is to concierge to “help us reserve our dinners. But where he sent us was to a time share rep. It took me about twenty minutes to walk away but my sister signed up. The “90 minute” presentation took five hours! “Breakfast included” was before the 90 minute clock started. Also, the all inclusive did not include tips and we were expected to tip for every service every time despite spending over 6k for two of us we ended up spending another 300 on tips.

At check-in, we were told two separate times, by two separate employees, that we had resort credit that we could use anywhere on the resort. During check out we were told that this was only a “Spa credit” and that the employees were wrong during check-in. Never Staying Here Again We recently stayed at Villa La Valencia in Los Cabos expecting a relaxing vacation for our anniversary. Unfortunately, our stay was anything but relaxing due to the constant harassment from hotel employees trying to sell time shares or as they like to call it RTU, (right to use). From the moment we checked in, the pressure was on. At first, it was a friendly suggestion to attend a "welcome breakfast," and get some discounts on activities which turned out to be a high-pressure sales pitch. Initially we were told it would take no more than 90mins….but, despite politely declining everything thrown at us 3hours later is when we got to leave. The rooms were fine, and the amenities were decent, but none of that matters when you can\'t enjoy your stay. Rodrigo…who is apparently the last stage of this scam even went as far as to messaging me on WhatsApp after we firmly declined everything. The pool rules don’t exist….we were told it closed at 8pm however after 2 days we realized that people were there way past 8 and no one would say anything to them. They have an amazing infinity pool which we thought was adults only but you wont get to enjoy it since they let kids go in there and get rowdy. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice if they want a peaceful vacation without being constantly pestered to buy a time share or enjoy the pool with their significant others. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

This resort is beautiful & staff is very friendly…I wished there was a little more night life & wished there were mom & pop restaurants or shopping stores nearby or in walking distance but there is not, location is great though. I did not do the all inclusive because I wasn’t so sure of the food & what to expect, & plus I wasn’t going to be hanging out @ the resort everyday, but I did have a perk of having complimentary breakfast for 2 per day through Orbitz & I must admit the breakfast was delicioso!!! I am definitely booking with this hotel again & will get the all inclusive next time

The rooms were really nice and the property was well-maintained. My only complaint would be that what distinguished this property for me was the lazy river. It looked so beautiful and relaxing, but it was basically unusable unless you are a small child because it is only about 2 and 1/2 feet deep. If not for the lazy river I would have stayed closer to either San Lucas or San Jose. There is road construction on the road to San Jose for the next 2 years which makes it a 35 minute drive.

Our suite had a nice view towards the ocean. The staff are very professional. The outdoor pools are great, from the kids pool to the infinity pool and of course the lazy river (our favorite). The beach view from the pool area is expansive. During our visit the hotel wasn't at capacity so easy access to pool chairs. We did not choose the all-inclusive plan at $150 PP/day. This is a typical ‘timeshare’ property, all though, they now sell ‘memberships’. The room was pretty. Showers were weak. I don’t like overhead showers so I turned it to the handheld, but the overhead continued to drip cold water. USE Uber! They will try to sell you into taxis and they are double the price (taxis can spiff the hotel). Uber is everywhere!!! We ate at La Taberna/Italian. That was disappointing. The glass of wine was old and had to be returned. The waiter tried to lecture me that glasses of wine are just not as good. That is just not true. They are if they are not properly stored. The dinner…below average. Maybe I should expect this in Mexico. You could get better Italian out of the freezer at Safeway. Overall, I had a great time with my sister! We laughed, read and enjoyed our time together.

This property is new and beautiful! Clean as can be and maid service around the clock. Gorgeous lazy river and pools. Friendly staff. Beautiful plumerias and aloe plants around the pools. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of food options during the day. After breakfast, you can really only eat at the restaurant by the pool. While the food is amazing, you start to get tired of it for lunch every day. GREAT food for an all inclusive though!

Very relaxing place. Not a party scene if that's what you're looking for thought the Infiniti pool can be very fun during the day. Food was pretty good. The Steakhouse was overrated in my mind. The Pool side restaurant The Corral was very good. The Pulled Pork sandwich is incredible.

We booked a room for four, but the bedding for the third and fourth guests was an extremely uncomfortable pull-out bed provided without a blanket. It was poor quality and not worth the price. Additionally, we were incorrectly charged for snacks that we never even touched. The beach at this location was unusable; there was no dedicated swimming area, and a black flag was up due to dangerous conditions and jellyfish. Meanwhile, other resorts just 20 minutes away had safe, accessible swimming areas.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Cabo!! The grounds are incredible, the amenities are amazing, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We loved the food, we loved the pool and the lazy river, and the beach is gorgeous! (even with the no swimming warnings). I had a spa treatment (massage) on our last day and was blown away--incredible!! The location is only 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown, so it can't be beat either. We plan on returning next year, which is something I have never done!!
