The food and service are excellent. Recommend to have a massage and enjoy the spa installations as well as the main pool

The property is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Lunch at Los Federales restaurant was very good and the included breakfast buffet was very nice. The room was huge and my only complaint is that the TV was quite small for the size of the room and did not work properly.

El hotel es muy lindo y el entorno campestre tb. Habitaciones amplias. Muy buen acceso. Algunos detalles: En la habitacion 15 (1er piso): la sabana de abajo estaba hecha pelotitas de gastada, los blackouts con agujeritos, una silla del balcon rota en el asiento. Palitos para revolver en vez de cucharita, shampoo y acondicionador sin identificacion, no hay cafetera solo hervidora, pocos tés poco interesantes y cafe en saquitos. Son detalles baratos q mejorarian la experiencia. En el check in nos tuvieron un rato porque hicimos la reserva ese mismo dia y la central de reservas ya estaba cerrada a nuestro arribo. En el restaurant muy rica comida pero no dan abasto con la cantidad de clientes ni aun reservando con anticipacion. Poco personal, lo que hace lento el servicio. Al desayuno no habia mesas libres pero nos sentamos en el living frente a chimenea encendida (mucho mejor!). Muy completo pero poca opcion sin gluten. Cobran por late checkout hasta las 15hs, y hasta las 17hs. No usamos amenities por ser invierno y solo 1 noche. A pesar de estas cuestiones mejorables, fue una muy buena experiencia que repetiria. El personal muy amable.

Absolutamente todo un 10.... Imagínate que lo único que podría observar como una pavada es que en el desayuno el jugo de naranja no es natural y el artificial es intomable... Lo demás todo un 10!!! Gracias Volveremos... Y nos llevaremos una cepita de naranja para el desayuno! Gracias !
