Studio City Hotel

The hotel staff service was excellent, they take us to the room and the room was amazing. Nice view of the gold course and beautiful room. On the other side, many area of the lobby and mall was still under construction, it's not fully dry yet.

Absolutely beautiful property with luxury finishes and mega size washroom, loved the suite, outdoor pool was gorgeous too, amazing that this has indoor connection to the new waterpark (though it needs separate tickets)

The property is fantastic! I had perfect views of the city from the 32nd floor, and the presentation of my room was superb. Both water parks on the property were so much fun also.

It was a pleasant stay. The only complaint would be the entrance fee of Water Park. There should be a 2 consecutive days ticket.

저는 5살 아이와 남편과 여행을 자주 다닙니다. 호텔을 선택할때 룸 컨디션을 많이 중요하게 생각하는데, 4박5일 투숙하면서 매일 매일 감동이었습니다. 먼저 룸이 깨끗했고 아침 저녁으로 청소해주셔서 늘 쾌적한 기분을 느낄수 있었습니다. 체크아웃하면서 아이가 계속 계속 호텔에서 자고 싶다고.. 또 오고 싶다고 하네요^^ 그리고 호텔 내부가 너무 밝고, 댄스팀이 중간에 공연하는것도 넘 멋졌어요.. 눈 썰매, 눈내리는 곳도 아이가 너무 좋아했습니다. 다만 조식이 입맛에 안맞아서 고생했어요ㅠ 흰 쌀밥이나, 김 이런게 추가되면 좋겠어요 그리고 워터파크가 운영을 안하고 있어서 아쉬웠어요 마카오를 다시 간다면 스튜디오시티에 꼭 투숙할겁니다 즐거운 여행이 되게해주셔서 감사합니다^^

Staff polite. Hotel rooms all smell Like cigarettes. And the pool is not really for adult pleasure. Too shallow couldn’t really enjoy. Small pool area for enjoyment

Check in用了半小時，人非常多，員工服務態度中等 房間整潔舒適，不過很明顯有舊的跡象，房間充斥了霉味。浴室及廁所水壓極差。 睡覺的時候，不時聽到金屬敲打聲，不知是否風吹摩天輪製造出來的聲音 唯一值得讚賞是景色，從客廳及睡房可眺望，可以一覽路氹金光大道

Bit annoyed. Invested in a suite. Requested a non smoking option and they could only supply a smoking room with they said they cleaned which still smelt heavily of cigerets and found blood stained on some of the pillows. Looked to be bleached or attempted but was very unsure. Paid for an upgraded room and didnt get what we asked for.

We requested a non-smoking room, but there wan an obvious smell every time we entered the room. In addition, one can hear everything that happens right outside the room. These two things are unfortunate ass we were traveling with an infant and impacted our experience. If not, the service and consideration would provide a great experience.

Really enjoyed the stay, hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, and room was perfect clean and quiet!! Ended up staying a second night!

Studio City is conveniently linked to the Lotus LRT station, which is 5 stops away from Airport LRT station and only 1 stop away from the Hengqin LRT station where the Macau-Zhuhai customs is located. No complaints about the hotel room except for the occasional booming noise at night caused by the Grand Illumination Show at the neighboring Parisian hotel Hotel isn't as grand as the other hotels in the Cotai Strip, but have more affordable food options at Studio City.

I had a wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel and would highly recommend it! The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for two people. We were pleasantly surprised to find free snacks like Oreos, Calbee biscuits, and M&M chocolates, as well as complimentary drinks, including Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Macau beer, and herbal tea. A nice touch was the free-flow plain water available at all times. The bed was incredibly large and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic—right above Don Don Donki for convenient shopping, and there was a stunning, clear view of the Macau Eiffel Tower from our room. Unfortunately, we had an issue with a clogged toilet bowl, but the cleaner promptly attended to it and resolved the problem immediately. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful surprise the hotel arranged for us. We mentioned that we were there to celebrate our anniversary, and they prepared a beautiful rose along with a delicious cheesecake with red velvet inside. They also arranged a lovely flower bed display, which my husband and I truly appreciated. The front desk staff was polite, friendly, and very welcoming, making us feel at home. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle buses to various places, which makes getting around extremely convenient. It’s also within walking distance to major malls like The Venetian Macao, The Londoner, Wynn Palace, and City of Dreams.

My room face the Eiffel Tower beautiful view, shuttle bus at marine terminal and intenational airport. Unfortunately most of the stalls at 3rd floor remain empty.

The room is a bit smaller than similar hotels. It is not bad overall. However, don't know why the bath tub has no curtain or door to close it. Water could easily soak the floor unless I turn the shower head towards the wall all the time.

There is no customer service regarding the shuttle bus drivers. Their attitude is obnoxious. I’m a first timer to this hotel. The bus stopped at a hotel. I’m honestly not sure if they are the same place or a cluster of places that share a bus stop. So I asked the driver while I was getting off. He could simply told me I should get off at the next stop. Instead, he blamed me for not hearing him clearly. There is another time when I wanted to know if I could get on this bus or where is the bus station. The driver was unloading passengers and I waited till everyone was out and then I asked him if I could hop on. He did not even bother to answer but simply waived at me/brushing me off. It was that bad. And here comes the second problem: the shuttle bus hall direction is unclear. It has a sign at the main entrance with shuttle schedule. But it does not say that the shuttle stop is somewhere else. Naturally, when someone sees a bus schedule and would assume that this is the place to get on it. They should put a sign or print something next to the schedule that says this is not the shuttle bus hall. Indeed, they have overhead signs that says where the shutttle bus hall is. But it is not clear enough. I hope they can improve it. Everything else is great.

The queue for check in was too long, yet only 3 staff were helping it

優點： 所以的服務人員都非常的專業、客氣、熱心、態度佳。 乾淨且安靜（住宿怕吵的人），隔音非常好。 缺點： 辦理check in要有心理準備，時間較久⋯我們實際排了一個多小時。

We stayed in the Cotai Vista Suite. Exceptional facilities, fabulous view. Really large room,with multiple facilities. However,the service and staff left a bit to be desired. The checkin took almost 45 mins. And there weren't too many guests either. Probably 8-10. And this with 6 people handling them. It was painstakingly slow. Same while checking out, we asked for someone to get our luggage to storage and it took 20 mins for someone to come. And then while collecting the luggage,it took another 20 mins for them to find out luggage, even with a proper tag and everything. Rest property and facilities are excellent. Lots of decent restaurants. Look out for Food republic,Din Tai fung and Gala,both have reasonably priced food. Most food places close by 10 pm though. The really pricey ones stay open. Keep that in mind.

I spend one night in Macao and I prefer the area around Studio City with the big Casinos. Easy to have a walk around the strip and also see the other big Casinos / Malls.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is accessible and shuttle around the area is available.

酒店服務很好，職員有禮，安排入住快和手續簡便，樓下商場有很多食肆選擇！還有接駁巴士至澳門中區，贊！房間也很大！

위치 좋고 코타이 지역 도보 이용 용이 하고 셔틀버스가 잘되어있고 돈키호테가 있어 편합니다. 야경보기 좋은 룸이였으며 전체적으로 만족합니다만 조식은 별로입니다. 돈을 버린느낌입니다. 식빵도 맛이 없어요. 체크인아웃 빠르고 좋았습니다.

Overall a lovely property and there was even a free minibar thrown in. Service level of the staff was also excellent and in line with that of a five star casino resort. The downside of the hotel is that there are limited dining options available in Studio City.
