Didnt feel safe- the hotel allowed dogs on property and one barked all night long no elevator and only had rooms on 2nd floor mattress was like sleeping on the floor- probably would have been better than the mattress

Had to extend my Disney vacay to repair a flat tire… traveling with my dog needed a pet friendly motel. Totally surprised- convenient to Celebration Fl, no Pet Fees, great area for dog to run, and staff so friendly! Coming from Disney excellence- I was not disappointed at Motel 6. Front desk staff even remember your name! Yes rooms maybe small, but clean- basic and wow look at the price!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. And I will probably stay again. Plenty of parking and they give you a parking pass to put in your car. Free parking. Outside is a little sketchy, but really nothing to worry about inside the room was clean. Clean towels air conditioner worked. TV worked. All the outlets and lights worked. All the workers at the front desk are really nice.

Booked the hotel to swim and relax. Says there is a pool. Get to hotel and told no the pool is “not working” but you can cancel. Called Expedia to explain that I wanted to cancel because it was falsely advertised there was a pool. Was told no refundable even though clerk at hotel said he was ok with the cancel since they couldn’t provide a pool. I will never use Expedia again after this experience.

Stay was ok as it was just me. Only one roach in bathroom the night I arrived! Didn’t feel entirely safe walking around after dark alone. The biggest complaint is the room had this awful smell. I bought air fresheners that did not help. Again a few night alone was doable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool clean and quiet. You get what you pay for.

Everything is good. The people are nice. It’s just that when I came there the room does not have ref and microwave. Was told since I booked with hotel.com then the standard room does not have those even if the pictures show it has both of them. So I went back to the receptionist and pay for few extra dollars to get the room with ref and microwave. Overall the stay was good and people are nice.

We arrived early and I do thank the staff for allowing an early check-in. While I do believe the room was cleaned it smelled of smoke. Shower curtains and faucets were rusty and moldy. It was obvious some updates were made flooring and decor so perhaps they are in process of updating. The bathroom was horrible.

Hi! The first room we were assigned had 6 roaches including bed, fridge & walls. We quickly got switched, much better of a room. I bought many cleaning supplies to maintain the mew room. It worked. 7day stay. It was obvious is a hotel where they have long term guests with animals.

We paid for a one bed non smoking room and were given a two bed smoking room that smelled like smoke. The door to the room did not latch unless it was slammed. The bed was uncomfortable and the springs were poking us in the back. The tub was very slippery and we almost fell while showering. The towels smelled like smoke and we had to buiy our own since we did not use the towels provided by the motel. We were not given a printed receipt and when we asked for one we were told that the system was down and they could not print a receipt. We were told this three different days. But they had no problem taking our money, the system worked for that.

Tub had a crack in the bottom. I cut my foot on it. Wi-Fi was useless. Hot water was just barely above room temp. Too cold for a comfortable shower. On the plus side staff was very nice.

The room was really small, the door to the room didn’t close properly which was probably causing the air in the room to seep out and not letting the room to cool down. The ac also didn’t work properly when I put it on high it didn’t blast cold air it could use some repairs.

Front desk staff are really lovely but this is an older motel which really is due refurbishment Had a fridge and microwave in the room but no tea/coffee making facilities. Bed was very comfy. Shower was hot and powerful. I probably wouldn't stay again due to area and age of facilities.

The beds were clean, which was appreciated, and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The door didn’t close properly, raising serious security concerns. The shower was in poor condition and honestly quite disgusting. The surrounding area felt sketchy and uncomfortable. On top of that, the AC was extremely loud and barely cooled the room. Would not recommend staying here.

Love the staff not only friendly but family orientated it’s like one big family there miss Ivory, Miss Dawn , miss Marianne and Mr. B they are wonderful very polite work with you and family. Miss Ivory don’t treat you as a guest. She treats you as a person.

I had a room booked. I went to check in and was told that they had over booked and since I hadn't paid for it online ahead of time, which wasn't required, there was nothing they could do. So at 1 am I found myself and my family stranded in Kissimmee and they could have cared less. Plus the place felt exceedingly unsafe and uncomfortable. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

Stay never happened. Motel 6 sold our room out from under us. We had a guaranteed reservation (with a credit card). At midnight we were told they had no rooms and we were forced to try and locate alternate accommodations. We had stayed at this location many, many times. We had seen this happen to other people. Thank you motel 6 for providing us with an opportunity to find better (and comparable) accommodations. We will not return.

The black female manager has nepolian syndrome. She was so rude and angry, tried to say because I crumbs on the floor from breakfast (5 kids) we couldnt stay there ever again. Despite asking for a broom abd being denied. Avoid at all cost.

.Check-in was easy. The associate at the front desk was nice. The property outside is just a little sketchy, but most of Kissimmee is sketchy TBH. the room inside was clean. The bathroom was clean. The sink was clean the air conditioner worked the TV worked on some channels. there are lights outside the property. The property was quiet —no issues. I would stay here again. I had clean towels. Toilet paper. The hotel provided small bars of soap, Plenty of FREE parking— , plenty of outside lights. The location is perfect. It is close to all the shopping in Kissimmee, food choices all around —old town is across the street. Publix is down the road, you could literally walk to the food trucks —- if you needed to walk, it was very easy to find something to eat or shop by walking. If you’re only spending the night or two, I would definitely consider staying here, for the price. Besides, most of us are not staying in our hotel room all day and all night.

Location is great! Close to everything you might need: groceries, restaurants, the parks. Staff was nice but they are clearly overwhelmed. Coffee and tea available in the morning. Rooms are rundown, but NO insects/bugs were present. The guests by me were smoking weed, being disrespectful of others, but I notified staff and they took care of it. Pool was extremely clean. Cleaning in rooms can be better: I wiped all surfaces and wipes were really dirty.

This was one of the nicer ,accesible Motel6 we have stayed in. The acceptance of our two medium sized dogs and a big green space was the highlight. The pool looked fun. One pillow case looked a bit dirty, the dark ring around the tap could have been cleaned better. Great to have the fridge and microwave ! Easy to walk out from and get take out food nearby. Staff are nice.
