Clean and good beds otherwise it was a disappointment. Shabby work and upkeep, cut corners wherever they could. Eating tables knee high so you bend over for your dry food. The continental breakfast was embarrassing. All dry cereal, no fruit, no rolls, no juices. Just tiny yogurt or milk and instant cereals. Even the coffee was instant. There are so many better places at better prices. They are wringing every cent out of this investment and not concerned for the guests. Sorry to be so direct but that’s what we felt after staying in a dozen other places.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. All the doors in the building squeak on their hinges and could benefit from some oil. Carpet in the hallway would also be good to quiet the feet going up and down the hall. There was a crack in the bathroom flooring that I thought might cut someone’s foot. There was work being done on the roof while we were there so perhaps there are other renovations being planned.

Area bellissima, camera perfetta, luogo magico

Chegámos já de noite, e os quartos tinham a janela aberta. Com a temperatura a quase zero e fraco aquecimento, os quartos não chegaram a aquecer. Na sala do pequeno almoço alguém antes de nós tinha entornado leite ao servir-se. O hotel não tem funcionários presentes, e não havendo nada para limpar, com todos os hóspedes a pisar aquela zona, ficou tudo rapidamente sujo.

Très cher, très excentré. Code d’accès reçu après appel téléphonique…. Deux jours sans croiser quiconque de l hébergement et petit dej sans intérêt. Trop impersonnel.
