I was disappointed in my stay there. It was unlike any other best western that I had stayed at. I usually always get a king size bed we got two doubles. She said she would change that, but we had already gotten our stuff to our room. One thing that I love about, the best western is the comfort of their beds. This bed was not comfortable and neither one of us slept very well in the morning. This was the noisiest hotel I had ever been in. You could hear people clomping above you walking about framming stuff around it was just crazy loud. Everything was clean and the dining area looked nice. We didn’t use it. I did pay a lot more for this room than it was worth to me. I felt like I was in a Super 8 or a Motel 6 actually. It didn’t hold up to a best western standards we are use to. They had a pool, but it wasn’t open. They were waiting to put numbers on the side and a handicap railing. That was a disappointment too I was thankful it was just an overnight stay!

The hotel is under construction. There was no notice of this when we booked. We didn’t find out until check in that there was no breakfast buffet as advertised (because of construction). The limited grab and go breakfast consisted of sugary kids cereal, sugary yogurt, and some fresh fruit. We intentionally pick hotels with a large breakfast buffet because of our diets. There was no available protein on the limited breakfast selections. We would have chosen another hotel had we have known this. But by the time we checked in our room was non refundable

The staff were very nice. Try he room was okay. The bed was not the most comfortable. The bed and flooring creaked. Old small toilet. Stains on the sofa. Carpet was not cleaned. It left my husband’s white socks dirty. Noisy area and not much there. We will not stay there again.

Not an over the top amazing place, but not the worst either. A few minor things that may prevent some from staying here but not others. It was decently clean...not perfect, our toilet had a ring and the sheets had detergent stains. But otherwise seemed clean. It looked freshly painted and updated. The bed was comfortable. There were mold spots in the bathroom. But the staff was very nice and the breakfast was great! We'd stay here again.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The pad on the bench was covered in gross stains. One of our bed comforters had a huge blood like looking stain and had to ask for more blankets. they had us strip the bed ourselves and bring it up front and handed us new sheets n blankets.

Property was new and very nice. Room was well kept. Only drawback was the people in room upstairs were running around at 2 am. Had to ask front desk for a fan to create white noise to cover them up. Room fan does not run continuously. We will stay again, nice place just bring a fan if you need that white noise.

Room was clean. However the Wi-Fi was extremally slow in my room. I found out from hallway that there were about one third of building has bad Wi-Fi signal. The service was poor too. The guy was not willing to help when I asked if there were restaurants or food stores nearby, as well as complained the Wi-Fi issue. Also, you can smell pet odor from the first floor

The bed and pillows were oh so comfy. I would fall asleep at 8pm and wake at 7am. The coffee pot didn't work and I left a note at the desk before I left for the day. When I got back it was fixed and there was extra coffee. I loved my stay. Everyone was so friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Covered Bridge Inn. The rooms were comfortable, and they worked hard to keep everything clean. They had quite a few breakfast options which was a plus. The gentleman that checked us in was great, the overnight desk clerk wasn't as pleasant.

When I arrived (at 12:15) and questioned the front desk staff, instead of apologizing for their intrusive behavior, she argued in defense of their procedures and said "I don't care" what impression it made on us as the guests. Left a bitter final taste that vanquished the original sweet welcome. Unlikely we will book this hotel again. Manager needs to discuss tact and best practices with staff.

This was a quick overnight stay to be close to the Cross Country course in Terre Haute. Pros: location was very convenient and easily accessed. Room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best I’ve had. Cons: The only staff I interacted with was the clerk at the front desk and he was not very friendly, however did do his job efficiently. Sheets were scratchy and bed was very hard. We could hear the guest above us walking around throughout the night and early morning could hear their tv.

Best Western Covered Bridge Inn is a very clean and well run hotel. Very close to interstate 70. Breakfast was excellent. Particularly loved the make your own pancakes as they came down a conveyor onto your plate. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean everywhere - room & dinning Food was fresh and area was very clean. Attendant was very attentive. Coffee machine made very fresh and hot coffee. Nice basic selection of food. News was on with weather channel , good info for traveling.

The limited grab and go breakfast consisted of sugary kids cereal, sugary yogurt, and some fresh fruit. We intentionally pick hotels with a large breakfast buffet because of our diets. Poor Experience and Customer Service! Very disappointing experience. Upon checking in, I discovered there was no TV remote in the room. I reported it to the front desk and was initially told there were no extra remotes and that there should be one in the room. After searching and finding nothing, I returned to the desk and was given a remote to try. Unfortunately, it did not work because the cable box itself would not power on, even using its physical power button. I returned to the front desk, explained the problem, and requested a different room. I was told none were available and was directed to contact Hotels.com. I immediately contacted Hotels.com while still at the property. During that call, the hotel contacted the room and requested access to inspect the TV. I declined at that point because I was already working with Hotels.com to resolve an issue I had repeatedly attempted to resolve directly with the hotel. What was particularly frustrating was the hotel's subsequent characterization of the situation to Hotels.com as though I simply refused their attempt to resolve the problem. That leaves out the fact that I had already reported the issue multiple times, tried the replacement remote, requested another room, and was told none was available. Problems happen, but how a hotel handles them matters. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the handling of the issue during my stay and the way the situation was subsequently represented. Would not stay here again!
