Parking is not available for the hotel. You need to park your car to a company which costs around 60$ per day. Plus, there are some secret invoices that you will see when you check in to the hotel. As an example; they charge you for 30$ per day under the name of hotel fee. I just want to pay everything on hotels.com. Otherwise the hotel can charge you 1000$ per day too if that is not told. On the other hand, cleaning, breakfast, water availability and everything was just fine.

O hotel é perfeito! Tudo limpo, reformado, a equipe incrivelmente bem educada, prestativa e comunicativa. Os quartos são otimos e um ponto alto é que o piso não é carpete e sim vinilico. Tem maquina de café disponivel 24 horas, croissants e bagels pela manhã e tambem tem uma cafeteira nespresso no quarto. Além disso, o hotel é muito bem localizado, fizemos muitos passeios a pé e o metrô é bem proximo. Com certeza indicarei para amigos e se voltar, ficarei no mesmo hotel.

We were there in the days leading up to Easter. Very friendly staff, and Carlos gave us a warm welcome and shared lots of helpful information as well. It was fun that he’s supporting the Norwegian national team in the Football World Cup this summer :) Nice to have a simple breakfast (a bagel or croissant) and good coffee—a quick and easy start to the day. Great location, and a good starting point for exploring New York.

Clean room, great room layout, friendly staff, appreciated the water and coffee always available. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Pestana Park Avenue in New York! Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the city. The location is simply unbeatable — just steps away from iconic Manhattan landmarks, with easy access to everything you might need, whether for leisure or business. It truly makes all the difference in a trip. However, the real highlight is the staff: extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with absolutely anything. From check-in to small day-to-day requests, I was treated with a level of care and kindness that is rare to find. Congrats specially to Francisca Pereira, guest manager, and all the staff (Rita, Julia, Andre, and everyone else!). The accommodations are impeccable — the rooms are very well maintained, organized, and exceptionally clean. Everything feels new, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing and pleasant stay. Another point worth mentioning is the availability of coffee, water, and other amenities throughout the day. These small touches make a big difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests’ well-being. In summary, a perfect stay! I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next trips to New York.
