Very nice building furnishings could use an update. Very nice staff love the woodsy feel. Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee was instant. They have full kitchen though in the room for cooking. Also the bar is run by the front desk. Can buy what you want and drink wherever. I’d stay again.

Outside patio with fire pit made it enjoyable

Great price! Roomy, lots of closets. Good parking. Needs lamps maintained. One window treatment difficult to operate. Breakfast was a big disappointment.

We arrived at 8 PM and was told that our room wasn’t ready “because a lot of people just checked in before us…” Did she give our room away?!?! We had to wait for the desk attendant to go clean our room. We were looking forward to sitting at the bar after checking in, to be told that they are still working on getting their liquor license and there was nobody at the bar. Lights off and no staff or customers. When we entered our room, it was an ice box, when we found the controls on the wall behind the TV and put the heat on it smelled like burning plastic so we had to unplugged the whole thing. While checking out the room, there was a random toothpick on the desk, fan didn’t work in the bathroom, rip in lamp shade, food crumbs under bar chair. In the morning, while checking out, the office person was sleeping at his desk.

Broken items in the room. Very dirty carpet and I am usually the last to complain. Beautiful bar in the lobby, but no liquor license so it couldn’t be used. Laundry machines worked well.

The property said breakfast was included but it was not for our stay. When we asked about it they said their truck did not come in. Our room had a musty smell and the rug was dirty.

The bathroom had toenails on the floor and had a terrible smell. I checked out the same night and the hotel charged me three nights! I will never stay there again!!!

The carpet in the room was so filthy that we didn’t know if we dared look at the rest of it. The couch looked like a party couch from a frat house.

We were greeted by polite and friendly staff who were helpful and promptly changed our room when we raised concerns. Unfortunately, the first room had a strong, unpleasant odor and numerous stains throughout. The second room was only slightly better — the smell was more tolerable, but still off-putting. The carpet was filthy, with what appeared to be dried vomit near the coffee table. Although we had planned to stay for four nights, we checked out after just one and found another hotel. This place desperately needs a deep cleaning and a full carpet replacement. The staff tried, but the condition of the rooms was unacceptable.

Waited for someone to come to desk for check in, no one available at desk to check out. Room had unpleasant odor, stained carpet. Furniture was water stained and scratched. Bathroom did not look clean. Couch uncomfortable.

Staff was unavailable. Room was stained and gross. Dog poop was all over the grass outside. The said there was breakfast and there wasn't.

You can have an amazing property and if it isn’t cleaned, or they have ‘run out’ of many of the things they offer, things are have done like no shower curtain or blanket and it effects the stay. You can also have a dated older property but the cleanliness is amazing, staff are friendly and they got above and beyond to make your stay a home away from home as much as possible. This property is very beautiful, the rooms are amazing, I’d say the best I’ve stayed in for some time but I cannot in good conscience give this place a full 5 star because of how poorly the rooms were kept. The counters were sticky and you could clearly see they weren’t wiped down, I had to call down and ask for a shower curtain and the gal said she found one left and I can come down to get it. We had a sheet an thin fleece blanket, crumbs and trash littered the sofa bed, the door handles and light switches were clearly not wiped in a long time. There was a brown splotch behind the toilet seat, it just was disappointing how unclean it was. The tubs were amazing! I absolutely loved how big they were, I liked the ice maker in the freezer but it did take a long time to get a little big of ice, and do not get me started on the carpet, a little vacuuming wouldn’t hurt. Overall a BEAUTIFUL property it just needs more attention to detail.

Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes when we arrived. The carpet in the room was disgustingly dirty. The furniture is scratched up, there were parties in the room beside and above ours until around 3 AM.

The room was large and comfortable but the carpet was disgusting, filthy and we were not comfortable walking in bare feet on it. Never anyone at the front desk when you needed them.

The room itself was a little dirty and run down. The walls need a good scrubbing. There were also food crumbs on the floor. The furniture was showing some wear as well, one of the bar chairs backs was missing. Disappointing for the rating, but the bedding and towels were clean.

Size of rooms and amenities a plus. The davenport was much too soft as well as a an easy chair in the suite.

The staff was very accomodating and friendly, but the rooms are showing their wear (i.e. stained & worn out tables, bathroom door would not lock). Also did not like the fact that there were no night stands for the bed.

Basically got a studio apartment for the price of a small hotel room. Kitchenette. Sitting area. Walk-in closet. I should warn that you could tell the room has been used. Past "slightly". Because it is an extended stay they tend to see higher levels of abuse by guests. However, it was clean. There was a moderate smell of cleaner in the room but I cracked a window and it cleared out. Overall, very happy. Cost cleanliness space. It hits all the major points I need to be happy. Staff was good, didn\'t interact much or have any issues where I needed help.

Very spacious room!

My fellow construction workers- if you are thinking about staying here because of the kitchenette, just find another hotel. You have to request pots, pans and cutlery at the front desk. The rooms aren't supplied with dish detergent either. So I requested my kitchen items--did I have to request hot water too? Either their HWHs are set really low or there's so many guests you have to shower early to get any hot water. Beds were severely sagged from overuse too.

Quite outdated, carpets need to be replaced and really noisy!

Large nice rooms. Louder than some hotels

My stay was OK, but I got to say it could have been better! I know rooms cannot be requested, but I ask when I made the reservation, then again when I checked in, and the front desk didn't even care to recheck as they had the check-in package ready...when I ask/arrived! Unfortunately, I was given room 101, which was on 1st floor, very noisy as everyone comes in-out through the back door, so they bang door and steps and talk loud like a lot, so every morning, or evening...was a challenge to be able to rest! The back door is absolutely not acceptable as the handle is broken and don't work as needed, so anyone can come in/out of the property, even if they are not a guess. There is a piece of steel cord attached to it, which definitely doesn't make it SAFE for anyone! and on top of that, room was not clean/touch at all during stay, not even garbage cans, towels, etc.

Very big, comfortable room

The room was very spacious and had almost everything we could have needed for a night. The bed is in need of replacement. Rolled to the middle all night long.

Took over an hour to check in nobody at the front desk for the second time in a row. I will never stay here again.

No one was there for a late check in until 7am. Had to sleep on couch in lobby

Very clean and spacious. Our only issue was that we waited for 40 minutes for someone to come and check us in. There was a sign on the counter so we assumed it would be a few minutes not over a half hour which in turn made us late to the event we were going to and clerk never apologized or asked how long we waited

Hotel was double booked We got there at 12:30 AM greeted with " We were waiting for you sorry we are double booked. No room for you we will get youba refund. " No phone call at all " we never thought about that"

Nobody at the front desk for over 20 minutes. I had to go into the office to find a phone number to get hold of someone. While the room was clean it reeked of cigarettes and we had booked a non smoking room due to allergies.

Everything that could’ve went wrong did. The hotel is not really clean, they are not only working on the rooms (which is good) but building something huge next to it so it’s loud too. HOWEVER. The staff there worKS SO hard to make things right. They all had the best attitudes probably of any hotel in the country. THEY made it okay. I might’ve gone onto yelp to state all the bad but I did not just because that staff was so unbelievably helpful and tried so hard to work with what they had. So for that staff I commend you!

Great extended stay. Outstanding staff. Had an issue with the door latching on my room. It was immediately repaired. The quick response was appreciated. Large and comfortable room. Great amenities. Really enjoyed my stay x 4 nights.

Convenient location, easy to find near east-west and north-south thruways. Very clean. Very friendly. Note - There is no breakfast. There are alternatives nearby. Overall fine for my purposes.

Nice place. Good service and clean. A little off the beaten path.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Room was (mostly) clean. Carpets could have used a cleaning - stains - but all touch surfaces were clean, bathroom clean, bed sheets etc. very good. When we checked in Sunday evening we asked the young lady at the desk (who was very friendly) about some good places to eat and she suggested a few - we tried all suggestions during our stay and she was correct on all! We also asked for a couple of items to be delivered to the room and it was done promptly. Hotel was quiet, located near lots of shopping (less than a10 minute drive). They say they have a “grab & go” breakfast that was very minimal, but in line with what we paid for the hotel. Would stay there again.

The hotel was safe and clean with professional yet friendly staff.

Good location, and a comfortable place.

This facilty is located on the southeast side of town, convenient to highways but it actually is within a few minutes driving of everything in Minot. It’s not that far from the airport, downtown, the Amtrack station, the shopping or the new Trinity Hospital complex. Rooms are modern and clean. But no breakfast is available on site.

Breakfast could only be summed up in one word - PATHETIC. Please dont list breakfast as an amenity, thats false advertisement. Otherwise bed was very comfortable.

We very much like this place. Would definitely recommend it. Bring your own breakfast food as breakfast items VERY limited

It was good. The only thing is that they should not advertise that they serve breakfast. A granola bar and a packaged mini muffin should not be called breakfast. Most hotels I’ve stayed at that offer “breakfast” at least have normal size muffins, some cereal, toast, maybe some fruit. Nothing fancy but definitely more than what this hotel had to offer.

Clean rooms, but old and worn out. No breakfast as advertised NOT even coffee

The hotel said they had a breakfast available. Packaged muffins snd grenola bars are not a breakfast. Very dissapointed because I booked here due to what they previously served, eggs, cereal, sausage, toast, OJ.

The staff was friendly and helpful, check in was easy, the room was more then expected. Comforting and very clean. The breakfast option was grab and go. Its an extended stay hotel with a kitchen in every room so the breakfast was just.

Be warned: No breakfast. Unless you consider granola bars and instant oatmeal with NO milk breakfast. Not even those little half and half containers for coffee. Very disappointing if, like me, you were expecting something to eat before hitting the road.

Staff were very good. However breakfast was disappointing.
