Room was clean and quite big. However it was spoilt by the rescue stand that sort of obstruct access to the bed. Knock on it a few times.

When I checked in at the front desk, they couldn’t find my reservation using the booking number I provided, so I asked the staff to look it up by my name. However, the staff member was very impatient. Our family has always chosen this hotel whenever we visit Kaohsiung, but this is the first time we’ve experienced such unreasonable treatment. We are very disappointed.
