Check in excellent, lady on reception so friendly and kind. Room clean and warm, great size bathroom and good shower. Used the pool and jacuzzi this morning and it had lockers, towels, slippers and a cool pool and lovely warm jacuzzi. There is a sauna but i didnt use it. All the staff we encountered were helpful and nice. Perfect location for the city. Would highly recommend to everyone. Really cant fault it.

Formidable, la chambre, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner. La piscine est bien, le seul bémol : 2 chaises longues et pour le stationnement c'est un peu cher si on choisit le garage souterrain mais l'emplacement de l'hôtel est top !

We had a fantastic room with a balcony which was a special bonus. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and sauna which were great to relax in. Bed was very comfortable. We only had breakfast one morning and was a little disappointed but would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The property it’s OK but it doesn’t worth the money. Rooms are spacious, but a bit obsolete. Cleaning may be improved as bedsheets were not so clean. Breakfast was more than OK having quite lots of options.

Hotellet og rommet var helt greit. Det beste var beliggenheten - veldig sentralt i «gamlebyen» hvor gater og torg var fylt med serveringssteder og markedsboder. Svømmebassenget i kjelleren ble brukt hver morgen. Frokosten var rikholdig og variert. Vi hadde litt utfordringer med sisternen på toalettet(det løste seg), rommet ble ikke ryddet under oppholdet(skitne krus, glass og kopper) og ventilasjonsanlegget fungerte kun delvis(det ble varme netter)

Geweldig ontvangst en heerlijk elke ochtend een divers ontbijt. Één klein nadeeltje: er wordt niet dagelijks (eens per 3 dagen) schoongemaakt. Koffie op de kamer, heerlijk elke ochtend opstaan met een bakkie. Hotel staan op een paar meter van het marktplein, echt een ideale locatie.

The hotel is in a great location, 2 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Rooms aren't big but are adequate and have iron and kettle. Didn't hear anybody else in neighbouring rooms and its very quiet for a central location. Breakfast has plenty of choice.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel. Single bed the mattress very narrow bed and mattress move veey quickly. Mattress too soft. We didn't order breakfast as part of the room. And LAST, we ordered one more room for 1 night. I went to the reception and been told that get the room at 10AM IS EARLY CHECKING AND THIS BY EXTRA PAYMENT. I am traveling alot. First time in my life hotel asked for special payment for get the room earlier. This is my 3rd time stay in this hotel. But will be the last time. Request extra payment for early checking is rude, this isn't the way I am expecting hotel to serve customer, especially when bring group of friends to book 4 rooms. Last. Towels are very very poor. Thin. Small. And old. Not expecting in 4 star hotel. In the gym the towels are much better.

Found the hotel to be in a really location for everything we needed, the hotel was clean and tidy and offered great facilities. Staff were really friendly and offered great advice for all local activities. A lovely hotel, right in the heart of the old town, the square on your doorstep. The breakfast was amazing! The only downside is that they're doesn't seem to be enough tables and chairs for when it's busy. The bar is good, reasonably priced drinks and the staff are great. The room was comfortable and clean, another little downside is that the body and hair wash in the shower is watered down. Bit the bathroom itself was great, hot showers and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice chain hotel situated right in the heart of the old town. Staff were all charming and there was nothing at all wrong with the room. The absolute best thing was the breakfast - a magnificent buffet catering to all tastes.
