Very decent place located at the entrance to the airport. Very convenient for flying. Nothing spectacular but the rooms were clean and good-sized. They do charge €20 a day for parking, though, even if you are a guest.

Nice hotel but expect to pay extra for everything such as luggage storage or early checkin. The airport shuttle is an appealing amenity but the driver provid no help in loading luggage and those who run fastest get theirs loaded in the lower area. Those after that have to heft their luggage up high, too high for women and elderly.

Hotel staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The Carlton either needs another shuttle bus or a larger one! Stood outside in the rain for the shuttle ,when the first one was filled to capacity. I have to say that the shuttle driver was helpful and pleasant.Too bad the shuttle vehicle didn’t accommodate more passengers.

Good location for airport. Staff very friendly and food good. First room we got has a generator outside, we asked for another and got it, no view but it was quiet. Gym they claim they have as not opened. Looks like it’s been out of action for a while with the making tape.

Ich war am Anfang sogar positiv überrascht – Zimmer in Ordnung, schöner Blick auf die Landebahn, und das Restaurant oben war wirklich gut: leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Dann aber leider die Enttäuschungen: Unter dem Bett lag ein benutzter Babyschnuller, was einfach ekelhaft war und zeigt, dass nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Außerdem gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nur eine Dyson-Luftsäule. Das Zimmer war dadurch unangenehm warm, selbst Anfang Oktober. Das Fenster konnte man wegen des Fluglärms nicht öffnen – also kein wirklich erholsamer Schlaf. Und ehrlich gesagt: Ich hätte trotz allem keine Bewertung geschrieben, wenn nicht das Erlebnis mit dem Shuttlefahrer am Morgen gewesen wäre. Der Shuttle fährt um 5:00 Uhr, ich kam um 5:01 Uhr in die Lobby – also wirklich nur eine Minute später. Meine zwei Mitreisenden waren schon dort. Der Fahrer setzte schon zum Losfahren an, obwohl wir sagten, dass ich gleich komme. Statt einfach kurz zu warten, reagierte er extrem unfreundlich und patzig. So redet man nicht mit Hotelgästen. Es war respektlos und unnötig, vor allem bei einer Drei-Minuten-Fahrt zum Flughafen. Fazit: Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung und hätte Potenzial – aber Sauberkeit, Komfort und vor allem Freundlichkeit sollten in einem Flughafenhotel selbstverständlich sein. So ein Verhalten vom Personal geht einfach nicht.

Beware that not all rooms in this property are air conditioned. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel with these tariffs. Our room had only a small fan and opening the window meant a large amount of aircraft noise. Only after complaining and speaking were we moved to one of the air conditioned rooms.

This was a beautiful hotel. The beds were comfy, blackout curtains were amazing and couldn’t hear a thing. Not even the airport noise. Within 5 minutes of the airport. Easy shuttle bus. And there were danishes and a kids play package on the counter when we arrived. There was coffee, tea and hot chocolate available to make. I would definitely recommend.

Room felt very dated - The room I was located in was very close to reception and there was a lot of noise outside the room. Also issue with interconnecting door - could hear next doors TV very loud which wasnt good for a 0330 wake up.

This was a convenient hotel to the airport with a shuttle service that was easy to arrange. They also had an attached restaurant with good options and a delicious breakfast. The room was clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and pillows. We couldn’t regulate the temperature and it was too hot for our comfort. The shower had an unusual spray head that fanned out the water, but the water pressure was decent. We would definitely stay there again for the convenience and great staff.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious & the bathroom was nice with nice fixtures. The room was very loud with the airport nearby and it was not soundproofed. There is one restaurant and the vending machine was unusual.

Booked due to it's close proximity to airport. Had a late night flight in and an early morning one back home. Tried to call multiple times to let them know about needing late night check in and shuttle service. No one picked up. Had to pay for a cab. Got there and the woman at the desk was beyond rude. She got attitude with me about not calling ahead. When I told her I had multiple times she questioned that until I offered to show my call lig. Then she tells me they have no room and they are shipping me off to another hotel 25 miles away. She was awful and acted like she was doing me a favor

We were able to check in early and later the man at the desk i believe his name was Deckon or something similar went above and beyond by helping us check into our flight he also help me get something small to eat since the restaurant had 2 events going on the hotel was beyond what we expected we had a little patio to sit out and watch planes and have a drink rooms clean friendly staff i will DEFINITELY be staying here again and i have friends going there next month will be recommending

This was the perfect launching off point for an evening in Dublin. We took an extended layover to take in the city. The shuttle service and proximity to the airport made this a natural choice. This was the perfect launching off point for an evening in Dublin. We took an extended layover to take in the city. The shuttle service and proximity to the airport made this a natural choice. I liked having the free shuttle. Very convenient. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and the staff at the bar were very friendly. The hot chocolate drink with cookies were delightful. The bed mattress was so comfortable. The hotel thinks of everything to put in the room. I would highly recommend this airport hotel.

Hotel was lovely, big, comfy beds. We ate dinner in the Kittyhawk Restaurant and staff were great, particularly Lady. Free, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport. Great overall. Would definitely stay again.

The 6:15 am shuttle driver on June 1st should be fired. He refused to load any luggage for guests into the shuttle. He did not ask guests which airline they were flying with, in order to determine which terminal they should take the shuttle to. These are international standards of service for a shuttle driver. The meal in the restaurant was one of the worst I have had in 30 years - Ceasar salad that was more mayonnaise than anything else, and a desert labelled 'pavlova' with no meringue and just 1 raspberry. Four diffetent staff provided my resyaurant service in a very slow manner. I had to walk up to the till to pay my bill rather than get served at my table.

There is an airport shuttle, but the guy driving the shuttle for whatever reason was convinced I wasn’t booked at the hotel. I didn’t see him give the same issue to a pair of male travelers like he did my female friend and I. The room was absolutely miserably hot. There is no AC, which is fine but the window barely opens and there was only one to open instead of multiple. The light from outside that illuminates their sign shined directly in my room, which made it even harder to sleep. The beds were comfy, at least. There is no espresso or coffee maker inside the room, just a kettle and instant coffee which seems very cheap for such a “nice” hotel. The shower head was an absolute nightmare. It sprayed everywhere. The water pressure was good, but the temperature was extremely variable even when not adjusting it. It would get very hot then very cold for no reason. Overall, I’d skip the stay and price if I had to do it again and go somewhere else.
