Really amazing location and the staff were amazing. From the General Manager to the gardeners, everyone was extremely warm and genuinely hospitable. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The room layouts and furnishings could be updated soon but are otherwise clean and hygienic.

It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer.

The property is at good location. The staff is very cordial. The mattresses are old and had severe back problem. The carpets in the staircase are old and need replacement. The breakfast was the best.
