Booked a night and return night for a trip. Left the car there in their lot for the week. Both overnight stays were good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Quiet. Had ride to and from airport very efficient. Driver was nice. Ride was comfortable.

This is a run-down motel with bare minimum upkeep and repairs being done. Airport shuttle was supposed to be included, but when we called to be picked up from the airport they said it was "cancelled". The shuttle to the airport the next morning was available, but we had to pay for it.

Closeness to the airport is what is good about this place. Besides that, it is noisy because of traffic. Towels, soap were limited. Parking is very limited. No washer or dryer available. Only one trashcan in the room including bathroom. No hook behind bathroom door.

I was only at this hotel for a short time between flights, but I think that it was great for my needs. It wasn't spectacular, but with the shuttle service (for a small fee), I felt like it was just what I needed.

Breakfast was packaged Danishes. The room had ants crawling all over the tub and sink and when i called down to the desk the response was "umm ya what do u want me to do about it. I asked uf we could be moved and was advised there was no point as all the rooms had this problem.Then we went to attempt a bath and there was no plug. Celled again and was told "nope no plug shower or nothing"

Got there and i understand it’s an inn and are okay and aren’t a huge chain hotel but when we entered the room the previous room stayers trash was still in the room (which was completely full) along with their wet towels from their shower in the bathroom. Tried asking for new towels and was unable to obtain any after asking for them and waiting for over 2 hours and never receiving new towels. As well as under the cover there was still the previous stayers hair underneath the top cover blanket. We were only in town for a concert so we had to leave and after we got ready to leave we tried to ask for the room to be cleaned since we weren’t able to earlier due to needing to get ready to quickly leave again, we waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes due to a situation with other stayers we were told it was going to be another 10 minutes till a manger arrived to help with the people ahead of us due to our concerts we were unable to stay and therefore picked up blankets on the way back and just covered the bed so we were able to sleep due to how late we got back to our room that night.

The property was not clean the bathroom tub had mold on it. And the toilet was old that when you sat on it broke. I could not use the fridge as it was rusted and had food stains around it. The décor, trim,and walls were filthy. The remote had duct tape on it with blood stains. The pictures online definitely didn’t match what was in person. There was a random guy moving cars around in the back. Every time you leave the key has to be reactivated in order to enter. And the breakfast was not a breakfast and was first come first serve. I felt so gross each night going to sleep. And there was very limited parking some guests parked along the fence making hard to get out. The best part was the proximity of things to do and or eat, close to freeway, gas stations, and shopping. I know see why they had rooms available. The staff was accommodating but still just not a sanitary experience.

Like price, clean, exterior was maintained and bed sleep well. Not like noise level, room sink has 20 inch surface crack, furnishings lack of maintenance or need replaced, bathroom door knob hole to big and door is delaminating. No reading lamps. Shower has been patched so many times it looks like a palamino. Shower head was at 5 foot height.

The road noise was very loud inside the room. A street sweeper passed by at 4:30 and again at 5 and was difficult to sleep through. Bedding blanket was very thin. Staff was very friendly.

We arrived late for our check in as we were coming in from Canada and we did inform well in advance that we will do a late checkin but we still had to wait for 50 minutes to check-in. The girl working overnight seemed to be a bit confused on the process and the lady checking us out in the morning was horrendous. She tried to take my $50 deposit by saying that the girl at night didn’t charge me for the deposit so I am good. She was speaking so fast and was trying to be clever and thought I wouldn’t be able to understand her but I made sure that she released my $50 refundable deposit as I showed her the transaction that I did. Good thing I used my credit card to pay for deposit coz I was able to show her the transaction. Would not at all recommend this to anyone. Very terrible customer experience.

We had a terrible night. Our flight to Vegas was cancelled on Christmas eve. We booked a room last minute and arrived to this place late at 3am. But they did not check us in. They said they cannot check-in guests from 3am to 4am every night. We had to wait outside in the cold for one hour. There is no lobby. They did not even take our luggage. The neighborhood is not safe. The staff (one person) in a windowed office was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional.

It was an enjoyable stay, staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms have been updated with laminate floors, everything was very clean and well tended, it’s an older building but they are taking good care of it. The heater worked well, actually better than some of the higher end properties I’ve stayed at. The hot water was HOT, made for soothing soaks. The pillows were a little flat, if you are used to firm thick pillows, bring your own. The bedding was nice and clean and comfortable. The price was good and the deposit was very reasonable, unlike several other places I looked at.

Not the best area, didn’t feel quite safe and there’s no secondary lock on the door (there is a deadbolt that is part of the handle lock). Beds were not comfortable and each bed had 3 super thin pillows. We only stayed to sleep and fly home so it was fine but I wouldn’t stay a second night or come back to this property.

In 3 places on the page there are photos of breakfast. " "Motel in De Moines with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk" I was told that there was \'no\' breakfast. The staff are kind obviously it is not their fault. Which rooms have free breakfast and which ones do not. Be very clear I will be checking back ! \'Certain room" ? Please correct your ad. If you are cutting costs do not advertise free breakfast be very clear. Which rooms exactly ?

Room was clean, stairs were wobbly and the area was noisy. Single pain windows did not block the noise. Breakfast there was just package danish, no fruit no muffin.

My son and I booked reservations there because of the low price and breakfast included. It didn't mention that "breakfast" is a piece of fruit and packaged "pastries". I ended up buying frozen breakfast bowls at a local grocery store. The room was clean but crowded - there was a small table and two chairs wedged between the window and one of the beds. The bathroom was interesting. The toilet seat was old and had wear spots on it. The door was wider than the space between the door frame and the bathroom counter - so a cutout in the door at counter level was their solution. The door wouldn't stay open unless it was wedged in place with the luggage rack. There were two sinks. On the left was a faucet that proved only a tiny stream of water and no water pressure. On the right, the faucet worked but hot or cold it squeaked. The beds crunched when you lay on them. Street noise and footsteps in the room above ours kept me awake Friday night. Our clothes needed pressing but we had to get an iron and "board" from the office. The iron was broken and had wires hanging out. It was not an ideal place to stay.

Reasonably clean and comfortable. Close to the airport, so, some noise from airplanes. The free "breakfast" available was coffee, tea, bananas, & three types of pre-packaged pastries. Parking is free; lot is narrow, so, not suitable for vehicles larger than a minivan.

While the room was ok it was loud and noisy outside. Traffic and bad guests next door and above us. Lady on the phone begging and swearing at some guy, children, I think jumping off the bed did not make for a restful night.

I was surprised at how dirty and generally run down the place was, given the reviews. I considered taking a loss and just finding another hotel but only needed it for a short while for an early flight so I stayed. Definitely not somewhere I’d book again

The TVs were a nightmare. One room didn't work at all. They moved us to another room and we got a few more channels. My sister also had a room and she got all the channels. The parking was first come first serve snd wad a tight maneuver. I have no idea what happened when the people arrived later in the evening
