Nice room and bathroom. Adequate/good breakfast, included with room price. The lobby sitting area was also cozy with a fireplace feature. Pool was TINY--I didn't use it but seems like a hot tub might have been a better option. Definitely can't swim in there!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars BUT the ONLY reason I booked this hotel was for the pool. Myself and another person in our party called before booking and again the day before our stay to make sure the pool would be open and we were assured it would be. It was not. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience either. Luckily another hotel in the area was kind enough to let us come over with our 4 broken hearted kids so they could swim. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. Comfy beds, clean, and the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Repeatedly had to talk to staff about my stay 1sr day was booked under Expedia then I booked another day under hotel the day before I called and asks to have the same room on both days ok no problem. The morning after wake up to front desk asking are you planning on staying in the same room. Yes I said that before. They put my cr sit card on file the first day then on the 2nd day I get something from the store get a call sir we don’t have your cr sir card on fil. No communication between staff or writing not a I’m computer. Now let’s talk about room cleanliness first day got to room with a dirty towel on night stand from the room cleaners and then put some wine in fridge and found food from another guest in there. Never got our room clean from the first night cause again staff had no clue.

When I walked into the room, the temperature setting was at 61° AC. I tried to turn it up, but it was taking forever so I turned it off then when I went to bed, it was so cold that I had to turn on the heat.

The heat did not work very well. You could hear it constantly clicking on and off. And to get it to actually turn on you needed to turn the temp up to 80. We justbwanted the room around 70, so after it ran for a bit if you turn the temp back down to 75 it would shut off again. I think the heat was blowing directly on the thermostat. Besides this, it was a really nice place and we enjoyed staying there. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

We just stopped here for one night but it was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with variety. My only complaint would be the door in room 201 wouldnt open or close easily, nor could we lock it. But we felt very safe here so we didnt really worry about it. We will stay here in the future.

It was an awful experience and left us nearly stranded out of state when they charged us for a room when we had prepaid. They were rude from the very first interaction we had and more than once insinuated that we were lying despite having proof. They were unwilling to work towards a solution or ask for help from higher management without us basically having a meltdown. It was very upsetting on a trip that was meant to be a celebration.

I was happily surprised that there is a parking garage attached to the hotel, so the college apartment furnishings that were crammed into my vehicle stayed out of the sun. I gave only 4 stars for safety because we had a problem with check in. We were given key cards to our room. When we got to the room (pretend it is room #810) the key cards did not work. The keypad on the door of room 810 flashed yellow. We returned to the front desk and told the staff who had checked us in that these keys did not open the door to that room. She reprogrammed the cards. We were able to open the door to room 810 and discovered the room was OCCUPIED. Thankfully no one was in the room but we saw their luggage and shopping bags. We returned to the front desk and explained the problem. We were given key cards to room 812, next door to the room we had just accessed. You can bet I deadlocked the door to our room as soon as we entered. I felt bad for entering the room next door. If someone did that to my room, well, you can imagine the feeling of violation. Not good, Fairfield Inn!

Staff removed my personal items (3 days worth of dirty clothes) from my room while i was at work. They claimed they thought i had checked out however my key card worked fine when i returned from work. They claimed there was nothing in my room and the manager said he confirmed it. Hotel manager said they followed procedures although door entry key only showed me and housekeeping entered the room. Whoever it maybe, housekeepers or the managers, someone there isnt a honest person. Hotel manager did nothing to remedy the situation nor did he call me as the staff repeatedly told me he would. I spent the next morning shopping for clothes just so i could finish the work week, instead of attending my work meetings. No one in my company or I will be staying here again. I also hope my dirty underwear was useful to whomever took them

The location was an excellent choice for locating a hotel in the area. It was close to restaurants and shopping. It wasn't that far from activities near Franklin and Nashville. The HW wasn't that far when we departed for home!

This hotel was perfect for our quick trip from Florida! The location was central to Nashville (only about 15-20 min away) and Franklin. One of the managers, Venus Mancera, went out of her way to make sure our Memorial Weekend was the BEST and it was! Our room was great - spacious, clean and comfortable! We had 2 queen beds and the pullout sofa which was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 grown teenagers. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had enough choices for my hungry teenagers. Not to mention never ending coffee which we indeed needed! Loved having this hotel as home base for a few days and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cleaning staff didn’t bother to come into our room to remove trash or make beds in middle of our stay. Posted signs said breakfast open til 930 weekends and 9 am weekdays. Down before that time and staff had already cleared away breakfast items. Disappointed. Pool was small. Like large jacuzzi- temp of water was tepid, not cool and refreshing and not warm and relaxing. Somewhere in middle like someone had just peed in it

We just stopped here for one night but it was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with variety. My only complaint would be the door in room 201 wouldnt open or close easily, nor could we lock it. But we felt very safe here so we didnt really worry about it. We will stay here in the future.

Amenities and overall the common areas of the hotel were well kept. The hallways were blazing hot, should at least have a little AC on during the heat wave. The guy at the breakfast bar was creepy and didn’t speak to the guests or smile; he needs to engage and at least say good morning. The reason we were there - to stay in a room - the room itself was lacking. The beds were supposed to be queen. We spoke to the GM of the hotel, who cut me off (didn’t allow me to finish my sentence) and said only queen and king were in the hotel. She even told me others had complained of the same thing. That should tell you something and as the GM, she should further investigate that quite possibly, the wrong mattresses were delivered and installed in her hotel. However, the “queen” mattresses were significantly smaller than the platform of the beds they were sitting on. We measured the mattress and it’s the size of a full mattress. The mattresses are also very soft and very low to the ground. There is also no box springs. If you are used to a firm mattress, don’t stay here. Our backs hurt immensely and we left one night early with no refund. We stayed five nights and quite honestly, it was four nights too long. We headed back to Texas, staying in an Embassy Suites and it is always perfect. We pay more but you get what you pay for.
