Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti . Struttura non proprio nuovissima , stanza con una vista mare stupenda, ma non troppo grande nè troppo accattivante come arredamento diciamo. La colazione è uno dei punti deboli , non degna di un posto con questa vista (dei cornetti industriali, delle uova strapazzate in un contenitore riscaldato, 2 formaggi e salumi, 1 tipologia di frutta a mattina e poco più...) Uno degli altri problemi di questo posto è la logistica: per muoversi spesso bisogna utilizzare un servizio di carretti elettrici esterno , il quale non è proprio economico: 4€ a persona per tragitto, con ulteriore sovraprezzo se ci sono bagagli. Noi avevamo parcheggiato l'auto nell'autorimessa dell'hotel, che è a 10 min distanza a piedi, tra l'altro con tragitto non proprio comodo (sfrecciano continuamente questi carretti elettrici) e bisogna fare su e giù per queste stradine, al prezzo di 20€ al giorno (sul sito c'era scritto 15€, ma a detta del titolare era un prezzo vecchio). Anche per arrivare giù in paese a piedi la strada è un po' impervia. Infine,le spiagge vicine non sono delle più belle dell'isola. Insomma, un posto con potenziale incredibile ma poco valorizzato probabilmente.

Casa Sofia was the perfect place to stay with the most amazing views. The staff were beyond helpful. Giving us great recommendations and getting us and our bags from the bus to the hotel. It is a climb from the centre of Sant’Angelo but I can’t imagine any place not being a climb. Would highly recommend.

The sea view from the balcony was beautiful. The owner was helpful with information. Sant Angelo is worth visiting. However Hotel Sofia is not really a hotel, it is more like a Bed and Breakfast. There are no amenities for guests as would normally be found in a hotel. Also the breakfast was dissappointing. Finally the rate charged was over-priced. There is better value to be had in hotels with hotel facilities.
