Four Points by Sheraton Desaru

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel with outstanding service from the staff (especially Amira and the restaurant/bar staff) and good standard of food in the restaurant. The seafood buffet meal was particularly good value. Room was comfortable and clean.

hotel is clean and well maintained. dinner and breakfast isn't the best but not too bad either. but the staff in the hotel are really great, especially Mr Aminuddin from the restaurant. so polite and helpful, even my boy commented that he is so nice and so passionate about his work. takes my requests seriously. well done!

The room is spacious with comfortable bed. With the humid weather outside, the aircon in the room opposed it as it is cold. Not forgetting the room is clean, including the toilet. There is a hand spray bidet as well. The breakfast buffet is massive. So many food that you’ll be spoiled for choices. From western, pastry, to local delights. Location wise is awesome. Walking distance to supermarket, food chains, and what’s not. Enjoyed my stay and will be back again!

Roti canai is our must try! Great room and location.
