centralized area on the northern coastline of Penang island. Friendly and customer oriented staff. Very well kept establishment.

Staff courteous, but check in rather slowl. Room dimensions good A little abstemious in provision of drink sachets. Towels could be replaced as showing its age

Room key didnt work, cleaner let me in. Rather than send me a new key up, i had to go down. No juice in bar, could if got from another bar or restaurant. Card reader in bar not working had to send porter to room to pay. Pool bar unattended. Room service pizza terrible and cant put on room charge and again card reader issues.
