Overall it was a stay that was value for money, room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and pillows. Breakfast spread was also pretty good, roti prata was excellent although other items like chee cheong fun could be improved. We did have issues with one room key card which we tried to get fixed on the second night, however that made things worse as our door lock seemed to stop working altogether. We tried getting housekeeping to help but the issue wasnt resolved until the next morning when we informed the front desk again. Do also note parking it's chargeable at 15rm for the 2 night stay.

The service standard of the hotel staff is up to the standard expected of Marriott Bonvoy branding. Only on 2 aspects which I think the hotel can do better. (a) There is no air conditioning at the corridor outside the hotel rooms throughout the 3-day stay. I'm unsure if it has malfunctioned or was shut down due to maintenance or to save energy. This has caused some discomfort to the hotel guests and I have never encountered such an issue at other hotel chains. (b) There should be a proper shower screen seal strip provided at the shower screen to prevent water from splashing out to the dry area within the toilet. The current setup will cause inconvenience to the guests.

Hotel amenities was great. Hotel location was easily navigated. Lots of shophousee, marts, foods around the hotel area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Fatin, Aisyah, Izzuddin. Shuttle bus was very convenient. Will come again.

Clean, new and spacious room. Service was on point. Strategically located to explore Desaru, Pengerang and Sungai Rengit area. Good amenities nearby too. The stay was so comfortable that me and my wife were so reluctant to check out. How we wish we could stay for another day.

hotel is clean and well maintained. dinner and breakfast isn't the best but not too bad either. but the staff in the hotel are really great, especially Mr Aminuddin from the restaurant. so polite and helpful, even my boy commented that he is so nice and so passionate about his work. takes my requests seriously. well done!

There is a hand spray bidet as well. The breakfast buffet is massive. So many food that you’ll be spoiled for choices. From western, pastry, to local delights. Location wise is awesome. Walking distance to supermarket, food chains, and what’s not. Enjoyed my stay and will be back again!

Room was spacious and clean, though the toilet was relatively small. Drainage in the showers seems to be a little blocked and the water formed a shallow pond while showering. The TV volume cannot be adjust below volume 15 (still pretty loud at its minimum). We went with our kid, and couldn’t watch TV cause there’s no way to reduce the volume. Apart from that, the overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

My family enjoyed the 1 night stay. The room was big and had good balcony view. The bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast spread was good but need some improvement in taste of some dishes. Hope to come back again in future to stay longer. Only disappointing was the Hotel did not receive full message of my request from Hotels.com to do a simple deco in 1 room to surprise my daughter for her 21st birthday. The hotel only received part of my request for room next to each other.

Hotel is most likely under staff as when we arrive to check in at 3pm, our room was not ready until 4pm and on the next day, our room was not even clean and made up when we arrive back from our trip to the water park at 4pm. Amenities like body soap was also not replace and need to call numerous time for housekeeping. Not adviceable to go on a crowded weekend.

Stayed over the Xmas long weekend and even though the hotel was super packed, the staff and customer service didn't fail us. Facilities management fixed our room's faulty master switch on check-in immediately once we called them. The Premium room we were in was clean, and very spacious. Suresh from the front office was amazing - he helped us with arranging transport back from the beach when we wanted to return earlier but couldn't get taxis on Xmas Day. Lifesaver ! :) The breakfast buffet had a good varied spread. The staff handled the table and food turnovers quickly as the Xmas morning crowds descended on the Mesh restaurant in full force after 8.30am. The hotel is not near the beach but very close to amenities, restaurants and a tiny mall. Overall, a very lovely stay. We will be back for sure.

We had to wait 50 mins in line to check in and only got our room at 5pm. Later we found out that the next day is a public holiday (Yang di-Pertuan Agong's birthday Holiday) which could be why the hotel was overwhelmed with local tourists and were short handed. Rooms were quite huge. Breakfast spread was quite good and the roti canai was one of the best hotel live stations that I’ve had! They had a wide variety of breads too. This hotel is 10-mins drive from the Desaru Adventure Waterpark and is within walking distance to a supermarket and many other F&B options.

Just lacked of activities in hotel, need to head out for massage. Quite far away from attraction, abit inconvenient for those without car. If you are looking for beach/resort vibe,maybe have to book nearer to coastline accommodations. Some have them have outdoor activities or arcade within the facilities.

A very family friendly accommodation! What I love about this place: - quiet - clean - the interior decor of the room is excellent - great amenities - gym comes with towel, pool comes with towel, playground for my kid to play, even has a games room - the food at Mesh restaurant is not bad... but try to avoid ordering their chicken because it taste bland and obviously not marinated - free wifi - there is also 24 hours room service which was good - breakfast buffet was good, there was a good spread at a reasonable price - parking was very convenient What I did not like: - they only provided 2 towels for my room which I clearly booked for 4 guests - nothing much to do around the area but I would still choose this property over the hotels lining the beach Overall I would still give full marks...

とてもきれいで、快適でした。朝食ブッフェは室内と外のプールサイド両方にあり、どちらの料理も食べられるそうなので、見落とさないように。プールサイド側のライブキッチンでは目の前で調理してくれるのものや、パンケーキやヌードルがあったのに、後で気がついて泣いた。

3day 2night stay. The room was spacious and nice to stay in. Bed was comfy and comes with couch, table, coffee machine and nice touches. Convenience as there are more than ample food choices just across the street and a mall 2 mins away from the hotel. Only disappointment was the condition of AC as the filters were pretty dirty and the buffet selection of seafood wasn't fresh and regretted the booking of seafood buffet. Next morning decided to forgo breakfast as well and walked out to hv the food stalls outside. There are seafood restaurants nearby and might provide better value in terms of food and freshness of seafood.
