This hotel is amazing! The property is beautiful and has everything a traveler could want. Location and amenities were perfect, including entry into the Merano Terme. The staff was professional and very helpful. I’d stay here again for sure.

Beautiful property in beautiful surroundings. Conveniently located in center of town with sounds of rushing river and excellent spa facilities. Air conditioning in room was subpar.

The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!
