Très Grand complexe (on aime ou on aime pas)

2 nuits dans cet hôtel..piscine top et hôtel juste à côté de 2 mall. Meilleur taux de change de la ville. Restaus sur place excellent mais assez chers….literie très haut de gamme…hôtel non fumeur mais un coin pour eux prévu…une boutique sympa de bijoux zirconium…petit dej à ne surtout pas raté c’est juste extraordinaire…massages très professionnel

My 2nd stay in this hotel. Very convenient location . Excellent customer service. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants. Arrived on a Mother’s Day weekend so it was pretty busy, and the weather outside is extremely hot, humid. Did not get a good view but what is there to view anyway? It’s all surrounded by either the street or another building. Come to think of it…the furnishings need to be upgraded, and the curtains… where they originally white turned grey?

I always stay at Edsa Shangrila for the convenience and service , but this trip they haven’t fully paid much to cleanliness especially the bathroom otherwise their service , surroundings of the hotel are always presentable to the guests

As always, Edsa shangrila delivers what a 5 star hotel should. Exceptional and courteous staff, clean rooms and well stocked amenities. Pool was good too.
