This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful

The hotel is amazing. The cleanliness, the rooms, the bathrooms and the decoration are amazing. The spa is also good, not amazing. I was disappointed with the food. There was nothing that i had that was very good, the opposite. The breakfast also below average. If there is one thing that the hotel should improve is around the food/meals. All very fancy, but not very tasteful. It is not even compatible with the rest of the hotel. Location also great.

Absolutely amazing stay! It was such a special trip for our anniversary and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more lovely to make sure that every moment we had at Borgo was exactly what we had hoped for. Highly recommend a visit to the spa for a massage and dip in the pool. The restaurants on site were gorgeous and the food absolutely delicious!

Wow. Absolutely beautiful. An incredible experience. The only constructive feedback 1. Beach club needs improvement. It’s beautiful but they should come around with cold fruit, offer complementary water stations and complementary sunscreen stations. The bathrooms and changing rooms are tiny and basic. 2. breakfast quality was average 3. Absolutely loved riding bike to the beach club. 4. Perhaps put it in print and be sure to tell people not to taste the salt that is in the room 5. Best dessert of my life. The outdoor vegetarian restaurant pastry chef is a genius. The fruit vegetable rose infused dessert blew us away. And I usually prefer chocolate. I’m so glad I went with her suggestion 6. The design and feel of this place is magical. We will perhaps be back. 7. Good echo measures with their large ceramic soap and water bottle that you take with you. They will refill it as you wish.

AMAZING property. Incredible staff. We had to change rooms on the second night but the hotel was not able to accommodate our request for a nicer room (we were actually downgraded, despite the last nights being a higher rate). The room we got was super dark and humid, and did not meet our expectations.

A truly world class hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia. Would advise to rent a car

Compré con tres meses de anticipación , con mucho trabajo para escoger la habitación , la compré con permiso de cancelación y a un precio regular , $34,000.00 más impuestos por noche . Antes de llegar a la puglia tomé un crucero y me enfermé de covid , dejándome como secuela una enfermedad neuropatica , que me dañó la pierna derecha , espere día a día pires aliviarme , y cuando tomamos la decisión de cancelar el viaje a Italia , pedí la cancelación a l hoteL BORGO EGNAZIA , Encontrando una total incomprensión , negligencia . Ya que NO fue aceptada la devolución. , pedí un bono para una estancia posterior , la que también fue DENEGADA !!!! Es un hotel de lujo , donde espere una comprensión. Ante este inconveniente . Cancele todo el resto del viaje sin ningún problema , Excepto BORGO EGNAZIA .
