Decent location right off the highway. Single story park next to the room. TV small but OK, beds decent. We only stayed one night so quick in and out the next morning. I would stay there again.

I like the easy access, parking available, continental breakfast included, direct tv. Quiet and many restaurants near by. I did not like the remote for tv have to get very close to tv in order to work, did not like the shower very poor finish, have to go next door for breakfast.

Very creepy, moldy smelled like urine wires were exposed on electrical plugs for fridge cable box and tv (fire hazard) had to reset cable box to get it to work overall not a pleasant stay

We booked the king bed room in November mid week for an obscenely low price. I think £36. While yes, the motel has seen better days, we are just two people on a tight budget camping our way across the country, occasionally in need of a shower and a kitchen. For us, this was the absolute best motel we could’ve hoped for. With a couch area, comfy bed, working bathroom appliances and a kitchen, it was wonderful.

Hotel was ok but very bare bones and somewhat old and tired. WiFi was so weak r was almost totally unusable. Breakfast is at the hotel next door and about as minimal as possible. Very expensive considering the property condition and amenities

The check-in process was straightforward enough. The room was clean and spacious with a little kitchen and full size fridge. The room seemed to have a little weird smell but it was tolerable. The breakfast consisted of the typical waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, milk. Not great but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is a very run down aged hotel. We reserved a non smoking room but we could smell smoke and there were actual cigarette burns on the bedspread. Our remote control did not work. There was not much water pressure in the shower. Our room was cold and we could see a gap around the door. The security chain was missing. I do not recommend this property. There were many simple updates or repairs that could be made to improve the room.

It was fun to stay in a vintage motel! The vibe was really cute. Super close to downtown and the university. It was very simple but that’s all we needed for a quick overnight stay. It was very clean, the checkin/checkout was painless, a/c worked great, etc. Breakfast was only waffles and drinks but it was enough to get us back on the road.

We got what we paid for. It was cheap and adequate for a one night stay. Comfortable bed and great A/C, stained towels. The totality of breakfast is coffee, two cereal choices, milk, two juices, white bread with jam, waffles maker with syrup.

We booked two rooms with two queen beds but they only had double beds. They arranged for us to have rooms with queen beds at a neighboring motel they also own. The workers were all very kind but it was a very run down motel. Limited food options for breakfast. It was inexpensive so I guess we got what we paid for.

This was a perfect hole in the wall. A+ For budget friendly with breakfast and a pool/hot tub. Long term motel residents were super friendly and helpful.

I guess it all depends what you're looking for: I would rate this as a decent two-star hotel for the following reasons: Parking right in front of your room, adequate size room with hard floors, Good location very affordable. I make my own breakfast so I can't speak about the free breakfast but I heard that it was included with the room. This is one of the older motels in St. George. The beds are a little firm for me. If you're looking to impress your wife or girlfriend, you might want to move up to a three star. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced motel and you're not too picky about beds, this place is a good choice.

Don’t compare this place to a hotel or resort in Vegas. It gets the job done! Gives you somewhere to sleep, shower, use the toilet. The area has a lot of food and fuel places to choose from
