The room had no towels. When we ask, we received regular towels, not bath towels, Told the bath towels were not available. The AC system dripped water most of the night. Told by the check-in person that we were allowed to park until 930 am in the public parking lot. Turns out it was only till 8 AM. We’ll probably end up with parking ticket.

The room was very small but very clean. There is an elevator to upstairs floors. Rooms are air conditioned -- but not ours because it failed. There is a larger than average mini-fridge in the room. The entrance is very non descript. this hotel is fine for a night or two while awaiting a cruise or if you are on a budget. Staff was very helpful - thought they could not fix the AC -- but energetically found us fans.

Dated run down hotel, interested staff, free parking in front of the door. Get enought traffic from people stuck with the boat i guess

The room was very dirty and dusty, and the shower drain was clogged, making the shower unusable. The room was also very noisy, and we could clearly hear sounds from other rooms. The staff were friendly and polite. Sadly, the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet our expectations, so we would not choose to stay here again.
