Palm Breeze Hotel

I don't normally write reviews but this place was such a great deal I wanted to make a point of it. It started out a little annoying in that they kept calling me to find out when I would arrive. They just wanted me to know how to get in the room after hours. They could have just emailed that info or texted it but anyway, they just wanted to make sure I knew. Once at the hotel the folks at the desk were super nice and friendly, the room was clean and new (they are remodeled), the bed was comfy, just a great room. Parking was easy. The pool looked sparkling. There was even a small continental breakfast I wasn't expecting. Just a really clean nice place and super nice people, for a great price! Not a lot of frills, but this place is the definition of a great deal to me.

Parking was great. Staff was amazing but we did have a problem with the room not being cleaned prior to our check in. But Miguel was fast to fix it and provide us with a new room that was in perfect condition. Overall I would return to a stay as it was a nice place and conveniently located in town. The room thing was told to have been a system error and I think the benefit of the doubt is appropriate for the situation

Stayed there 1 night for work. It started with a very friendly staff at the office. The room was clean and I had a very restful sleep. I did have an issue with the TV but it was a minor inconvenience. I would suggest possibly opening the office earlier than 8:30 for breakfast as some people, like myself had to check out earlier and missed out on grabbing a bite to eat before going to work.
