Pousada Praia João Fernandes

Great staff, beautiful views! Rooms and facilities could use a refreshing. Overall, it was a great value!

The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful

The property was good and a good location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was friendly. It’s a VIP hotel but I didn’t receive any of the perks that were offered which was a big disappointment because I booked this hotel specifically for the perks.

A limpeza deixou a desejar. Teve dia que só trocaram as roupas de cama e nem varreram o quarto. O hotel tem uma política de troca de toalhas de 2 em 2 dias, então fomos obrigadas a utilizar toalhas molhadas. Todavia, a equipe de funcionários é muito cordial e a vista para o mar é incrível.

PRecisamos subir 12 lances de escada e 4 rampas para chegar no nosso quarto. Não achei isso aceitável. As fronhas estavam sujas de poeira na primeira noite e o quarto foi invadido por formigas (avisamos e depois disso limparam o quarto). A cama de casal estava com dois lençóis de solteiro ao contrario invés de um de casal. Mas não ficaria novamente nesse hotel.
