Ett helt okej hotell med supertrevlig personal. Lite småsaker som störde såsom att det inte var ”öppet” att hyra en kanot en lördag. Var svårt att få veta när det var öppet. Avsläppt vid fel hotell av ”shutteln” det var mörkt och jag gick bara ur eftersom han bara skulle stanna vid vårt hotell. Det löste dock hotellet snabbt och hämtade mig. Maten okej. Kanonfin pool. Inget lyxhotell men fin miljö och mysig personal.

Really amazing view from the hotel n the rooms. Rooms are semi serviced apartments big but not classy. Bit old design and furniture. Restaurant is okay . Nice pool facing the sea. However no approach to the stony beach. Room veranda area is cramped. But for the excellent view nothing else great to speak about.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The location is perfect—quiet, with beautiful views, and the restaurant/bar serves delicious food. The room was fantastic—spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms offered stunning views. Additionally, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. Their personal hospitality added a special touch to our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely choose to stay here again next year. Shout out to the kitchen/bar and room service staffs! All of you should get a raise! Cheers :)

Check in was an easy process but no welcome drink upon arrival as a voucher was given for this to go to the beach bar. Had a 2 hour trip from Ubud there so a drink would have been pleasant upon arrival. With a buggy you get taken to your accommodation. Our room was top floor suite with beautiful ocean views upon my request however our first night there had a rat run from the couch to the wall. Staff came in with mosquito spray which was laughable and i had to show them photos to show them the difference between a mouse and a rat. They moved us next door to the Presidential Suite but room was huge and lacked personal touches with decor etc. Rugs were old and pillows had to be changed a few times which still didn't give a good night sleep. Buffet breakfast was extensive and had lots of options for a varied breakfast. The hot food could have been warmer as it only was luke warm unfortunately but tasty nonetheless. Went on our first night to the beach bar to get the welcome drink. It lacked ambience with us being the only table there. We had ordered dinner but had to eat it quickly as it swarmed with bugs and insects. The pool area is beautiful however no staff around to take drink and food orders really. We had to look for them on occasions although menus are put out by the lounge chairs. At 10am the doof doof music started, not loud but not enjoyable either. I love this music normally but perhaps for this location and clientele it may be nice to have this after 3pm.

Great time and a beautiful place to stay. One thing to note is the pool area only gets sun in the morning hours as they are on the south side of the island. Also, the beach is not very walkable as it is coarse sand and you sink in very deep. But if you stay on the property the whole time you will enjoy it, and the view is excellent.

The view was amazing. However, for the price and as it is listed as a 5 star hotel, the quality of the property is very run down and I was very disappointed. Expedia, I have always been happy booking through you but you should really investigate the properties you list as a 5 Star as I was very disappointed.

Let’s start with the views from the villa… absolutely insane. Rooms were cleaned daily, amenities spotless, and the staff made us feel like family. The food even outdid most places we tried. Honestly loved this location so much I was ready to extend my whole vacation just to stay in that villa a little longer.

Spent a wonderful 6 days at Ulu Segara in Nusa Dua, staying in the Ocean view suite room. Beautifully proportioned rooms and lovely furnishings with incredible view of ocean (huge windows with balcony to enjoy the afternoon cocktail and read a book). Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and sea breeze. Staff were friendly, very accommodating and professional. Definitely recommend.

Ett helt okej hotell med supertrevlig personal. Lite småsaker som störde såsom att det inte var ”öppet” att hyra en kanot en lördag. Var svårt att få veta när det var öppet. Avsläppt vid fel hotell av ”shutteln” det var mörkt och jag gick bara ur eftersom han bara skulle stanna vid vårt hotell. Det löste dock hotellet snabbt och hämtade mig. Maten okej. Kanonfin pool. Inget lyxhotell men fin miljö och mysig personal.

Every staff member was so attentive, greeting you with a big smile and warm welcome each time.Could not do enough for you! Villa was superb!! Beautiful ocean view ,so clean and very spacious. So goo, did not want to leave!!

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The location is perfect—quiet, with beautiful views, and the restaurant/bar serves delicious food. The room was fantastic—spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms offered stunning views. Additionally, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. Their personal hospitality added a special touch to our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely choose to stay here again next year. Shout out to the kitchen/bar and room service staffs! Check in was an easy process but no welcome drink upon arrival as a voucher was given for this to go to the beach bar. Had a 2 hour trip from Ubud there so a drink would have been pleasant upon arrival. With a buggy you get taken to your accommodation. Our room was top floor suite with beautiful ocean views upon my request however our first night there had a rat run from the couch to the wall. Staff came in with mosquito spray which was laughable and i had to show them photos to show them the difference between a mouse and a rat. They moved us next door to the Presidential Suite but room was huge and lacked personal touches with decor etc. Rugs were old and pillows had to be changed a few times which still didn't give a good night sleep. Buffet breakfast was extensive and had lots of options for a varied breakfast. The hot food could have been warmer as it only was luke warm unfortunately but tasty nonetheless. Went on our first night to the beach bar to get the welcome drink. It lacked ambience with us being the only table there. We had ordered dinner but had to eat it quickly as it swarmed with bugs and insects. The pool area is beautiful however no staff around to take drink and food orders really. We had to look for them on occasions although menus are put out by the lounge chairs. At 10am the doof doof music started, not loud but not enjoyable either. I love this music normally but perhaps for this location and clientele it may be nice to have this after 3pm.

Let’s start with the views from the villa… absolutely insane. Rooms were cleaned daily, amenities spotless, and the staff made us feel like family. The food even outdid most places we tried. Honestly loved this location so much I was ready to extend my whole vacation just to stay in that villa a little longer.

Spent a wonderful 6 days at Ulu Segara in Nusa Dua, staying in the Ocean view suite room. Beautifully proportioned rooms and lovely furnishings with incredible view of ocean (huge windows with balcony to enjoy the afternoon cocktail and read a book). Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and sea breeze. Staff were friendly, very accommodating and professional. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a stunning cliff front location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not the newest hotel, but well maintained with character. The food is 7/10, the breakfast is great though. The hotel can be quiet, we wanted that, however a blue bird taxi will take you to Nusa Dua shopping district for 50k. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks

Great time and a beautiful place to stay. One thing to note is the pool area only gets sun in the morning hours as they are on the south side of the island. Also, the beach is not very walkable as it is coarse sand and you sink in very deep. But if you stay on the property the whole time you will enjoy it, and the view is excellent.

The room was beyond our expectations! With a breathtaking view and a room that felt like a penthouse. The bed was extremely comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, other than that perfect spot for some well needed rest.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the staff will help you with everything happily. Walking the halls can give you a feeling of having time traveled to the past about 30 years ago, as the building is a bit outdated. If you’re looking for an especially quiet stay this is exactly it, as we had an entire dinner at the resort and only saw one single other person walk in to the restaurant.
The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the staff will help you with everything happily. The property is tired and the rooms could do with some work. The building is also very noisy so you easily hear your neighbours. I liked the ocean views and that it was away from the main tourist area, but a huge stone fell from the surrounding wall as I was enjoying the pool area. Thankfully it didn’t hit anyone, but if it had it’s possible the person wouldn’t have survived.
