Otel Bursa-Yalova anayolu ustunde, benzinci yaninda. En az 2 ay onceden rez yapmama ragmen SPA icin onceden randevu kabul etmediler. Geleceginiz gun sabah ancak randevu alabiliriz dediler. Giris gunu sabah arayip kese-kopuk ve masaj icin 16.00'ya randevu aldim. SPA'ya indigimizde hamam ve sauna buz gibiydi. Biz soyledikten sonra saunayi isittilar ama hamam soguk kaldik. Biz sicak sulari acip isitmaya calistik. Masaj guzeldi. Ama kese-kopuk ayri bir odada resmen soguk musalla tasi uzerinde yapildi. Kopuk suyu cok soguktu. Soft icecek ikrami yapilmadi. Once kese-kopuk sonra masaj yapilmasi gerekirken tam tersi yapildi. SPA olarak hic uygun degil. Kapali havuz, buhar odasi yok. Masaj yapan kiz turkce bilmiyor ve yalniz basina birakilmis. Sikayetlerimizi ilettigimizde Sevcan Hn.'in usttenci tavirlari cok rahatsiz ediciydi. Aksam yemegimizide otelde aldik ve maalesef kotuydu. Sadece Serkan Bey ugradigimiz hayal kirikligini gidermek icin elinde geleni yapmaya calisti. Kendine tesekkur ederiz.

Room was cleaned. bed and Sofa were comfortable. Breakfast is good. the area around hotel is almost empty, and no activities to do there , you have to make plan outside hotel.
