Property is always nice to stay, however there were no towels in the pool area and when my wife went to the front desk to ask for towels, the young lady Candace told her no no no no no no maam... That was very rude. Unfortunately, we had to air dry. Needs better customer service over night.

The hotel was very clean, the staff IS AWESOME, and the Managers are friendly. Pool wasn't open yet and nowhere on site stated it's closed. The rep. I booked through didnt mention closed and I booked here for pool 3 yr olf very sad!

Our stay was good. We woke up in the morning with lots of aunts in our trash. Reported to the person working the front desk. When we returned to our room they were gone. Glad they handled it right away.

We were very disappointed. We stayed here a few years ago and it was wonderful but this stay was disappointing we were on the 3rd floor and it looked like they were renovating trash all in the hallways when we checked in and then we couldn't even get down the halls because they have pulled up the baseboards and they had the hallways blocked and trash everywhere and workmen that looked like we were putting them out to move so we could get by. For $169 a night we were expecting a better experience I don't think we will be back. I hate it but tried to tell front desk but they just said sorry and that was it. We expected at least a discount for the unconvience. The rooms were also not as clean and up to date as when we came before.

this hotel was very clean. however the service was not very good from staff. the room was not ready when we asked for and actually was not even ready until an hour and a half after check in time and we had to change for an event. it messed up all our plans for the evening. the couch was uncomfortable as was the desk chair. the bed was horrible. it was lumpy and uncomfortable. it was so low to the ground that i could hardly get up off of it. the bath room was supposed to be handicapped accessible but the bathtub was not

Really close to Jarrod’s mountain bike park. Which is why we chose it. My only complaint is that the beds SUCK!! Whoever slept in my bed before had to be 400 pounds cause the bed was sagged astronomically bad! Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel that offers free breakfast! But upon checkout I had to turn back around and go to the front desk because it appeared they tried charging me an extra night. However the front desk staff made it right. Just be sure to check your receipt from checkout and make sure they are not trying to scam you.

College moving out is stressful but at the end of the day, you’re coming back to a comforting room. Every furniture in the room is placed nicely. It gives more space. View of the tennis courts, amazing. Our county should have a dining/gathering place like yours.

The staff at this property were very helpful, pleasant. We had a small issue with our room, the manager immediately moved us to a new room. Hotel very clean, comfortable, had dinner at hotel bistro. Breakfast had huge variety, very good. Hotel staff gave us many options for sights to take in on the rest of our day, travels. Staff went above and beyond.

Convenient location but hotel never gives back the debit card hold. The past 2 years I stayed here I’ve had to call and fight the charge and still haven’t gotten them back which is over $200 now. I will not be going back!

It was a very nice modern hotel Made you feel at home The only 2 things negative I have to say is The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversation And that it would have been nice if breakfast was ready earlier like @ 6 for those traveling and need to be on the road

Room was clean and well appointed. Just a one night stay for a college visit, but had everything we needed and was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was excellent.

We checked in Friday on the same day as a family reunion. The young lady did not seam over run and was very friendly. She even helped my sister get into a room better for her family. Unfortunately we didn’t see her again during our stay. The next woman put away the snacks when we would return. My only other complaint was the meat selection at breakfast. It would have been nice to have both turkey and pork options available on the same day not either or. Our room was clean and the property was well cared for. The parking lot was well lit. On the next stay we hope to try the pool and the beautiful patio.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Rome was good overall. Lisa at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful - all the staff was great. Our only compaint is that the pull-out sofa in the room was so incredibly uncomfortable, it was unusable. Our son ended up just sleeping on the couch without pulling out the bed. Not ideal. A simple upgrade to the mattress would go a long way.
