Nice property . Would be even nicer if there was an option for early checkin. Stayed in Studio garden view - Laundry was free and nearby however facilities were very old, dryer was tiny and laundry should be updated. In studio garden view #1 , door to shower in needed fixing.

Great location in a beautiful area with beach access right out the front. The unit could use some refurbishing -it's a bit dated- but all functional and reasonably comfortable (the couch, not so great but the beds were nice). Washer and dryer in the unit. The resort has hot tubs you can rent.

A large space for our family!! We loved the hot tub on the rainy day we were there. It was perfect!! We also loved the small eating area and food court! Warm and cosy atmosphere with yummy options! A special thank you to the staff for helping us find and return our silverware that we left there by accident :)

This is definitely a 4.5 place due to the location!! The resort is a multi use resort with campers of all types and then a few amazing beach apartments we had the 2 bedroom ocean view facing Hahei beach! The best sleep listening to the waves for sure. The living room furniture was a bit tired and the cushions needed some refurbishment but facing the ocean we forgot about that! The kitchen area is nice and stocked with average but useful items! We used the dishwasher and tea kettle the most. Great to have the washer plus dryer separately for quick wash and dry! Dedicated parking area. The best amenities included the bar and pizza joints with the little store! Quick walk to town and great walks on the the beach! We were a close walk for kayaking and boat rides which was amazing!! The staff were great about the leaky shower! Very attentive and great to chat with :) all and all a great place to stay and highly recommended!!

Location is fantastic. Be prepared for some noise (camping spots are all around the property and close to each other, even if you are in a cabin) but everyone was friendly and family-oriented. Eating area is a little pricey but very nice and great place to hang out. Access to beach is easy and fun. We were in a larger cabin but a smaller family, so we couldn't really use it to its full potential. Wished they had provided a few things we didn't have with us (shampoo) but generally found the cabin well-outfitted and clean and functional (albeit old/had been decades since it was updated). Parking was easy. Highly recommend the property generally.

This two story duplex was amazing! The view was fantastic from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. I love that they have a bbq outside available to use. And a shovel for hot water beach! The access to Hahei beach is unbeatable—it felt like having a private beach. I even used the hot tub! This was a bit cumbersome and I could remove the cover completely, but still fun. Othe than the lack of beach chairs—it was perfect!

Location can't be beat. The facility is a combination RV/Camping park and motel. The location is right on beautiful Hahei Beach. The front desk staff is wonderful and room was ready early. We stayed in a motel unit a short walk from the water. Unit was clean with evident updates over time. The pull out sofa is the next piece needing replacement as it was broken down. The onsite snack bar, bar, and band shell was centrally located and very lively. We had everything we needed and wanted to be close to the beach. Very good value for a popular weekend stay. Enjoy staying here with realistic expectations knowing you are not at a Maui, Miami or Caribbean beach resort. It gave us the sense of what Maui was like 50 plus years ago...relaxed and uncrowded.

The bathroom smelled like sewage. They tried to fix it but it didn’t completely remove the smell. The units are quite dated and old. The sofa is lumpy and uncomfortable. They had the windows open when we arrived to air out the smell and since there are no screens on the windows there were mosquitoes in the unit.

We were in Hahei for 2 days and we had a garden studio unit. It was spotlessly clean, so welcoming and a place we felt we really wanted to stay in . It appears to us that this Holiday Resort can offer accommodation to suit all budgets and we can thoroughly recomend them.

This property is in need of complete refurbishment. Carpet worn, sofa so worn and dirty looking we wouldn’t sit on it. Damp smell on entering the property and unpleasant smell from bathroom sink. Kitchen sink and mugs stained. Bathroom sink and toilet stained. Bathroom extractor fan didn’t work properly, after one shower bathroom and patio door and window steamed up. Freezer compartment in fridge needed defrosting, the freezer compartment door couldn’t shut. Informed reception of faulty extractor, dirty toilet and kitchen ceiling bulb flickering. They fixed the ceiling bulb, put bleach down the toilet (toilet was still stained and looked no different)) and apparently fixed the extractor but there was no change to that either. Do not book this property.

The room was clean and well appointed. It is right on a very nice beach, on a beautiful property. Unfortunately, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it seems the mattresses are in need of replacement.

Beachfront villa - great position. Views spectacular, all possible facilities covered. We arrived slightly after the reception hours and had a small issue as our key wasn't left but it was sorted immediately after a quick call - really friendly and helpful staff!

Beautiful beach and nice staff but the footsteps from the upstairs lodging was very loud and we couldn't relax. Poor construction or not enough insulation was probably the cause. We asked to be moved but the internet was down so they couldn't see if there was any vacancy. We noticed the room next to us was empty the whole time. The internet was down during our stay so we had to use our limited data.

Our room was clean spacious with easy access to the beach. Bed was comfy but a queen or king bed would've been better. Overall our stay was wonderful. We tried out the kayak to Cathedral cove, that was fun.

Excellent stay right on the beach. We had a 3 bedroom cabin so really enough space for 3 adults. We made the mistake of only booking 1 night. Front desk assisted booking a boat trip. Would have loved to do the spa tub but didn’t have enough time.

The best amenities included the bar and pizza joints with the little store! Quick walk to town and great walks on the the beach! We were a close walk for kayaking and boat rides which was amazing!! The staff were great about the leaky shower! Very attentive and great to chat with :) all and all a great place to stay and highly recommended!!

Such an amazing resort! I am so sorry we were only there for one night cause this is the kinda place I would have spent several days. Front desk was nice enough to accommodate out late arrival and help us narrow down some nice beaches in the area.

Beachfront villa - great position. Views spectacular, all possible facilities covered. We arrived slightly after the reception hours and had a small issue as our key wasn't left but it was sorted immediately after a quick call - really friendly and helpful staff!

Location can't be beat. The facility is a combination RV/Camping park and motel. The location is right on beautiful Hahei Beach. The front desk staff is wonderful and room was ready early. We stayed in a motel unit a short walk from the water. Unit was clean with evident updates over time. The pull out sofa is the next piece needing replacement as it was broken down. The onsite snack bar, bar, and band shell was centrally located and very lively. We had everything we needed and wanted to be close to the beach. Very good value for a popular weekend stay. Enjoy staying here with realistic expectations knowing you are not at a Maui, Miami or Caribbean beach resort. It gave us the sense of what Maui was like 50 plus years ago...relaxed and uncrowded.

There is a flood in the bathroom every time you take a shower. You can only get hot or cold water out of the faucet. There is no mixing to warm water other than the shower. There is no one in the front desk after 5 pm. So, you better have enough supplies like toilet tissue before 5 pm.

This is definitely a 4.5 place due to the location!! The resort is a multi use resort with campers of all types and then a few amazing beach apartments we had the 2 bedroom ocean view facing Hahei beach! The best sleep listening to the waves for sure. The living room furniture was a bit tired and the cushions needed some refurbishment but facing the ocean we forgot about that! The kitchen area is nice and stocked with average but useful items! We used the dishwasher and tea kettle the most. Great to have the washer plus dryer separately for quick wash and dry! Dedicated parking area. The location and value for this property were both first rate. We were located right next to the ocean and beach, and able to step out of our room and to see beautiful sunrise. We were in a great location to grab a boat ride to cathedral cove, and only a 10 minute drive to hot water beach. Our only regret is that we were here longer! Room was large and clean and well equipped. Everything we needed for our stay. It’s a campground/resort combo - with so many different types of accommodations. It was super laid back - which I loved. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a studio which was spacious and had everything for a few days stay. Bed was a little soft for me but thats a personal preference. We had dinner at the deck, pizza which was very good. The other restaurant had already closed @ 7 . Highly recommend a stay here

A large space for our family!! We loved the hot tub on the rainy day we were there. It was perfect!! We also loved the small eating area and food court! Warm and cosy atmosphere with yummy options! A special thank you to the staff for helping us find and return our silverware that we left there by accident :)

Location is fantastic. Be prepared for some noise (camping spots are all around the property and close to each other, even if you are in a cabin) but everyone was friendly and family-oriented. Eating area is a little pricey but very nice and great place to hang out. Access to beach is easy and fun. We were in a larger cabin but a smaller family, so we couldn't really use it to its full potential. Wished they had provided a few things we didn't have with us (shampoo) but generally found the cabin well-outfitted and clean and functional (albeit old/had been decades since it was updated). Parking was easy. Highly recommend the property generally.

This beach is stunning and the Hahei beach resort is a good place to stay and enjoy your time. We walked the nice, clean beach several times. The resort has a great pizza place and a burger bar too. This is also a quick drive away from Hot Water Beach.

Perfect location by the beach. Safe and secure place. Has a playground for kids. However, the double bed mattress is way too soft like a sofa bed giving me backaches. My kids also found a few little spiders by the side of the bunk bed which really scared them.
