RESI STAY Kyo Ryuvilux Nijo

Appartamento bellissimo completo di tutto e pulito! Ottimo per 2 persone, per 4 persone potrebbe risultare un po stretto in quanto ha un divano letto. Noi eravamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini) e non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi. L'unico aspetto negativo è cha la metro Karasuma line( quella che porta alla stazione di Kyoto) si trova a circa 900mt a piedi. La zona è bellissima e tranquillissima, inoltre è pieno di supermarket e ristoranti tipici. Superconsigliato!!!!

This is a self-service hotel. The reception counter is located conveniently next to Kyoto station. They let us check in early and drop off our luggage and even allowed us to take the shuttle early. I appreciated the shuttle service, though it is only from the reception counter to the hotel, not a roundtrip deal. It is appreciated that they have a room on-site for you to store luggage after checking out as well. This is a very spacious property. Basically a studio apartment. We liked having in-room laundry, the drying feature for the bathroom was nice. The room heater was also nice. There is also a kitchenette where you can cook should you so choose and plates and cooking utensils as well. Appreciated the ice tray and mini fridge. One small thing was that I accidentally left a thermos with a perishable item in the mini fridge and housekeeping emptied the contents, mistaking it as ice. The property did offer to replace the contents but the item wasn't replaceable. My partner also left his water bottle and it was nice that they were able to ship my empty thermos and his empty water bottle to Tokyo for us, for a small fee. The neighborhood has nice access to food and points of interests. I would stay here again, but definitely would triple check that I have all my possessions next time. It was definitely on me to leave it behind.

Peaceful Family Base in the Heart of Kyoto The Room: We stayed with our two children (12 and 8) and found the space perfect. The room features two large double beds and a sofa, but the highlight was the beautiful Sagano bamboo forest theme—decorated in light greens, whites, and neutral tones. It was exceptionally clean, and the entire room felt almost brand new. The Amenities: The room is well-equipped for a family stay with a mid-size fridge, kettle, microwave, and a handy kitchenette area. The bathroom is huge, featuring a dedicated sink/mirror area and a separate wet room with a shower and a deep bathtub that felt quite luxurious. Another major highlight was the washer-dryer. Being our second week in Japan, we really needed to do some laundry. I used AI (translation tools) to guide me through the Japanese interface, and it worked perfectly to get the kids' clothes washed and dried in one go. The Location: The central location was ideal. It’s close to two main bus routes, with a train station only a short walk further away. It offered the best of both worlds: we were central enough to explore the city easily, yet tucked away from busy roads and crowds, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The Service & Check-in: A quick note on the process—you check in at the company’s office near Kyoto Station, rather than at the hotel itself. Clean and very comfortable

Clean room, staff are nice and explained everything well, and towels and kitchenware were provided
