We stayed in a Delux Cabin for2. Bed and lounge were comfortable. However the overall cabin needs to be renovated and facilities maintained. Chairs in veranda were uncomfortably and very rusty. Musty smell inside cabin, kitchen cabinets and wardrobe. Bathroom needs work, missing grout in shower,rusty fan. The park is well maintained, amenities, camping kitchen spotless. Friends were in caravan area which was awesome. For what you pay per night in a Delux Cabin, expect more for your money.

Both Reflections and Lennox Head were a great find. We stayed in the Glamping tents, which were very well thought out and appointed. Air con to keep you warm in winter. Great amenities throughout the park.

The cabin was clean and tidy and well resourced, especially catering for a small dog that was amazing...best service also with all the staff. Great location also close to the beach and lake was also great best trip ever thank you Reflections lennox heads family also had a great stay for those couple of days.

Firstly, the room was nothing like the pictures when we booked, you could not swing a cat, no balcony or anywhere to sit outside. The jug had to be held down to boil. Mattress on the bottom bunk was uncomfortable and old as you could feel the boards underneath. The toilet bowl was badly marked at the bottom and when I tried to clean with toilet brush the brush was that old it would not work. Ants were in the sink the first night on also on the front door and walls, I sprayed they did not come back. The socket on the front door was loose and the door would not close properly, I used a screwdriver to tighten but was rusted out, you had to fiscally pull it back and close door with door handle open then let go and it worked.

Location is nice and close to beach and shops but the standard cabin we stayed in was drity old and unsafe! The bricks/ paving in front of front door and veranda were uplifted by the roots of an old tree nearby by up to 9cm high and gaps of up to 3cm. I had so many ear falls in the 3x days were there. Husband had to clean the floors in the cabin as it was disgusting to walk on. Friends stayed in simular cabins and were not impressed either . Prices are extremely expensive for such poor quality rundown cabins.

Close to everything walking distance great position,cabin floor was dirty found a tablet on the floor,mildew on window sills and on blinds, dust on top of fridge remote for tvdidnt work great.Staff friendly. Westayed before no issues but cabin maintence was very poor will be thinking twice about staying again unless they are cleaned up.

The staff were lovely and the beach across from the cabin was sensational. The cabin however was very average. There was sand in the bed and the air conditioning was not working so was replaced by a very noisy portable one. I don’t think it was worth the $200/night I paid.

Lovely putlook onto the lake. Large cabin with everything you needed. Thought there may be some actitivities for kids during school holidays. The cabin needed a good clean and dust. Curtains, window screens, fans were so dusty. Carpets need a good vacuum and clean.

My teen daughters and I had a wonderful week’s stay on GT3 at Reflections at Lennox Head. The glamping tent was better than expected with plenty of space for all three of us during our stay. Simple but effective kitchen. Modern clean bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Best of all - fully air conditioned. The bath on the deck was a great touch but best for families with little kids as there wasn’t much privacy for adults. :p Location was excellent and a short walk to lake, patrolled beach and a cafe. Would recommend.

The cabin had been modified with cabinetry and paint but the shower cabinet was abysmal and unsafe: standing in the small shower cubicle the plastic bottom was slimy and slippery. The metal soap tray fell off without any force and landed on my foot. This is not a cheap place to stay and a room for 4 people with a bathroom that is so small and outdated/unsafe is not great.

The Park is very well situated at the end of town near the lake and is within walking distance to everything with the beach just across the road. Our cabin was a little on the small side and bit expensive for what you get.

We arrived at 2pm and were told that our unit wasn't ready. Then we were charged full price. I told the woman that we had paid a deposit with Hotels.com - couldn't find it. We finally got into our cabin at 2.50pm. When unpacking we found the receipt from Hotels.com which got us a refund. It had been a wet day and no doormat meant we had to change shous at the door. - not a good start.

The cabin was well located a short walk from the beach and the lake but is in serious need of maintenance and upgrade. There was a portable aircon unit in the cabin ( as the main one wasn’t working) which kept the cabin cool but was very noisy and we had to secure the temporary fix with a peg as the panel was up against an open window. The vertical blinds wouldn’t close and there was a dodgy PowerPoint for the toaster that you couldn’t switch off and the iPhone charger wouldn’t work properly in that socket. Some bathroom and others fittings were rusted and in poor repair. Apart from that, other things were functional and the towels were white and fluffy but for the price ($215 pn) I have stayed in far better.

Husband had to clean the floors in the cabin as it was disgusting to walk on. Friends stayed in simular cabins and were not impressed either . Prices are extremely expensive for such poor quality rundown cabins.

Location is nice and close to beach and shops but the standard cabin we stayed in was drity old and unsafe! The bricks/ paving in front of front door and veranda were uplifted by the roots of an old tree nearby by up to 9cm high and gaps of up to 3cm. I had so many ear falls in the 3x days were there. Husband had to clean the floors in the cabin as it was disgusting to walk on. Friends stayed in simular cabins and were not impressed either . Close to everything walking distance great position,cabin floor was dirty found a tablet on the floor,mildew on window sills and on blinds, dust on top of fridge remote for tvdidnt work great.Staff friendly. Westayed before no issues but cabin maintence was very poor will be thinking twice about staying again unless they are cleaned up.

The facilities were excellent. The position was so close to beach, local cafe and snacks shop. Staff and local folk were very friendly

My teen daughters and I had a wonderful week’s stay on GT3 at Reflections at Lennox Head. The glamping tent was better than expected with plenty of space for all three of us during our stay. Simple but effective kitchen. Modern clean bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Best of all - fully air conditioned. The bath on the deck was a great touch but best for families with little kids as there wasn’t much privacy for adults. :p Location was excellent and a short walk to lake, patrolled beach and a cafe. Would recommend.

The cabin was clean and tidy and well resourced, especially catering for a small dog that was amazing...best service also with all the staff. Great location also close to the beach and lake was also great best trip ever thank you Reflections lennox heads family also had a great stay for those couple of days.

The Park is very well situated at the end of town near the lake and is within walking distance to everything with the beach just across the road. Our cabin was a little on the small side and bit expensive for what you get.

We stayed in a standard cabin, service and place was awesome perfect spot with beach or creek right at your feet but the cabin wasnt the cleanest and could really do with a fresh paint job and a full clean

Great location, right next to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurant. Cabin was very tired and needs an upgrade though

We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!

Pet froendly nice environment. However the door locker to enter was very hard to open. The handle of a sauce pan needed to be screewed back. Very dangerous. The key bosrd numbers to enter the boomgate were hsrdly visible.
