Room Upgrade bekommen, wo die Badewanne einen riesigen Riss hatte, die der Abfluss im Waschbecken nicht richtig funktionierte und ein komischer Geruch herrschte. Parking Walli Service hat auch nicht gut. Funktioniert lange Wartezeit. Alles in allem keine fünf Sterne und ein Witz im Vergleich zum zum hyatt.

Roomers Munich has great amenities with an indoor pool and sauna to enjoy at the end of the day. It offers an excellent breakfast buffet. It is a quiet hotel with a tram stop right outside the doors. Staff were efficient and professional.

Izakaya restaurant ist einfach bombe! beste asiatische küche. personal Top. Bar Top. Musikauswahl Top. pool etwas zu klein aber sehr schön, passend für poolpartys. Saunabereich gut. bett etwas zu hart für meinen geschmack. zimmer gut. minibar top.

Spa Bereich sowie das izakaya Restaurant Top. Die Bar vom Hotel kann ich nicht ganz empfehlen komische Atmosphäre, das einzige gute und positive war das der Barkeeper super sympathisch war.

Renovation - didn’t communicate this until after I booked and paid in full. The gym was closed. There was no working space (I was there on a work trip and needed at least a table in the room or in the lobby. But, the lobby was closed due to Reno). Unusual service. Always lots of receptionists stood behind chatting but slow service. Poor air con. Rooms were made up really late. I left on a Saturday at 9, came back at 530 to freshen up and room still hand not been serviced. One cleaner didn’t even knock on the room and walked in on me naked in the bath, didn’t apologies. Just stared for 3 seconds then shut the door (weird). Uncomfortable bed - probably worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. I had to open the window due to poor aircon (in Nov!) but the noise of the trams kept me up all night. Room was also very dark, difficult if you want to do makeup. I stayed here about a year ago, I noticed now checking my old booking that I’ve paid almost double I did then, and nothing was open. I usually book a hotel specifically for gym. They didn’t communicate this even on their renovation email they sent after I had booked and paid in full.

There was a severe lack of staff and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone from the front desk when calling from the room - waited on hold for 40 mins on one occasion. The pool area was dirty as there were no cleaners to maintain / pick up used towels. Food in the restaurant took a very long time to arrive. Staff were generally unhelpful and rude. Would never stay here again

Super Luxus Hotel mit einem tollen Flair. Das Staff ist wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man konnte frischen Kamillen Tee aufs Zimmer bestellen wenn man keinen Kaffee trinkt. Frühstück ist großartig aber der Preis ist auch dementsprechend. (42€p.P.) Der Spa Bereich und das Gym sind super um nach einem Städte Ausflug sich entweder nochmal richtig auszupowern oder herunter zu kommen. Der Dunkle Flair zieht definitiv junge Leute & Influencer an.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Design ist wirklich beeindruckend und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotelbereich war herausragend. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Leider war das Zustellbett für die dritte Person nicht besonders bequem, was das Gesamterlebnis etwas getrübt hat. Ein verbessertes Zustellbett könnte den Komfort für alle Gäste erhöhen. Trotzdem empfehle ich das Hotel aufgrund seiner positiven Aspekte.

Das Zimmer was mir gegeben wurde war angeblich ein *upgrade* man hat das Gefühl, wenn man nicht direkt über das Hotel oder Marriott Bonvoy bucht man die letzten Zimmer bekommt. Matratzen sind super hart. Es war keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Tisch. Und die Kaffeetasse war auch dreckig. Es gab keine Dusch cap oder wart

Our stay was awful. The staff was not very friendly and when we had an issue with a lost item in a cab and asked for help as we do not speak German, they seemed as if they could not be bothered to help. On our final night after showering the room flooded everywhere - we were in the middle of packing at 11pm at night and had to rush to move everything as we had a good inch of water coming from the shower. When we called down the front desk seemed to be aware this was an issue which is even more bothersome. They offered to move us rooms but what a complete inconvenience at night while you’re packing up. The next morning upon check out the front desk was not apologetic in the slightest. When I complained to Expedia for a refund, I was told I cannot get one as it does not adhere to the rules and restrictions - so basically your room flooding in the middle of the night is not a cause for refund? Ridiculous on both Marriot and Expedias part.

L'accueil ne correspond pas à ce que nous pouvons attendre d'un hôtel 5*. Le personnel n'est apparemment pas qualifié pour ce genre d'établissement. La propreté des chambres est très discutable. Les filtres de la douche ne sont pas nettoyés ce qui occasionne des inondations. Certains employés sont à la limite de la politesse et sont très peu serviables. Il n'est pas possible d'avoir un cocktail hors de la carte (ce qui est inacceptable dans un hôtel de cette catégorie). Lors de soirées, les clients ont de la peine à pouvoir dormir => revoir l'isolation de vos locaux. En résumé, le prix est plus que surfait pour cet établissement et je ne le conseille à personne.

Clean room, really good service, the breakfast has a nice variety and healthy options. The food is generally really good. Its good that there is a tram station just outside the hotel. However, the WIFI was very weak from the 5th floor.

Die Mitarbeitenden sind ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sind nicht im besten Zustand. Ablauf in der Dusche steht gefährlich hoch und wirkt nicht besonders sauber. Ebenso hält auch der Soa-Bereich nicht was er verspricht.

Superb room, with an outdoor bath. Very good (indoor) shower, comfy beds. Free welcome drink and pick n mix in reception is a nice touch. The location is a little away from the centre and isn't terribly inspiring, but cabs are moments away and it is near a good S-bahn stop.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but hotel is very style over substance. No charging points in the room. Water not replaced, we were told to drink the tap water! Lighting in bathroom terrible. The food however was amazing, breakfast great and dinner in the restaurant, superb. Don’t like the dark corridors reminded me of a brothel!

The hotel is very dark and mysterious which can be cool. The rooms are nice but the bed is hard as a rock. Not for me. Also its a long walk from the train station especially when you have walked all day.

Unfortunately, our entire stay was difficult and frustrating as we were continually dealing with issues with our room and things being broken, concerns going unaddressed, and ultimately never having a room that was fully functional. We checked in, and upon arrival, I asked if our preferences to be on a higher floor and away from the elevator were able to be honored. I was told that our room was going to be on the 2nd floor and would be the room closest to the elevator. I asked the person helping us if they could please put us somewhere that would be quieter, as requested when we booked many months ago. They said the hotel was “over booked” and that it would be difficult to find another room. Thankfully they did find another room on the 3rd floor, farther away from the elevator. When we got to our room, it was very warm inside, so we turned on the air conditioner. The air conditioner was not operating and would shut off after a few seconds, making a loud noise. We also realized the WiFi was not working, nor was the refrigerator. We picked up the telephone to call down to the front desk and there was no dial tone and it did not work. We had to go back down to the front desk to ask for help with the broken items in our room. Someone came up and said they “reset” the air conditioner. It continued not to work. Another person came up to look at the phone and confirmed it wasn’t working and said he’d have to come back. These issues persisted
Unfortunately, our entire stay was difficult and frustrating as we were continually dealing with issues with our room and things being broken, concerns going unaddressed, and ultimately never having a room that was fully functional. We checked in, and upon arrival, I asked if our preferences to be on a higher floor and away from the elevator were able to be honored. I was told that our room was going to be on the 2nd floor and would be the room closest to the elevator. I asked the person helping us if they could please put us somewhere that would be quieter, as requested when we booked many months ago. They said the hotel was “over booked” and that it would be difficult to find another room. Thankfully they did find another room on the 3rd floor, farther away from the elevator. There was no working space (I was there on a work trip and needed at least a table in the room or in the lobby. But, the lobby was closed due to Reno). Unusual service. I left on a Saturday at 9, came back at 530 to freshen up and room still hand not been serviced. One cleaner didn’t even knock on the room and walked in on me naked in the bath, didn’t apologies. Our stay was awful. The staff was not very friendly and when we had an issue with a lost item in a cab and asked for help as we do not speak German, they seemed as if they could not be bothered to help. On our final night after showering the room flooded everywhere - we were in the middle of packing at 11pm at night and had to rush to move everything as we had a good inch of water coming from the shower. When we called down the front desk seemed to be aware this was an issue which is even more bothersome. They offered to move us rooms but what a complete inconvenience at night while you’re packing up. The next morning upon check out the front desk was not apologetic in the slightest. When I complained to Expedia for a refund, I was told I cannot get one as it does not adhere to the rules and restrictions - so basically your room flooding in the middle of the night is not a cause for refund? Ridiculous on both Marriot and Expedias part.

Roomers Munich has great amenities with an indoor pool and sauna to enjoy at the end of the day. It offers an excellent breakfast buffet. It is a quiet hotel with a tram stop right outside the doors. Staff were efficient and professional.

There was a severe lack of staff and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone from the front desk when calling from the room - waited on hold for 40 mins on one occasion. The pool area was dirty as there were no cleaners to maintain / pick up used towels. Food in the restaurant took a very long time to arrive. Staff were generally unhelpful and rude. Would never stay here again

Schöne Einrichtung und sauber. Personal am Empfang ist unfähig eine Firmenrechnung zu erstellen weil angeblich über Booking gebucht wurde. Bei jedem anderen Hotel funktioniert es. Das Roomers scheint in einem anderen Steueruniversum zu agieren.

Was ok. Not bad but I felt could have been better. Staff ranged from friendly to pretentious. Very dark hallways, but cool hip vibe throughout. Room was tiny. Location was far from main tourist attractions and felt like having to drive far to places we happened to want to see. Wanted to try the sushi restaurant but showed up seven minutes early and asked to come back, yet another couple showed up and seated. So I cancelled instead and walked to restaurant nearby. Like I said was ok overall, but wouldn’t stay there again due to service being hit or miss and location.

Superb room, with an outdoor bath. Very good (indoor) shower, comfy beds. Free welcome drink and pick n mix in reception is a nice touch. The location is a little away from the centre and isn't terribly inspiring, but cabs are moments away and it is near a good S-bahn stop.

The hotel is very dark and mysterious which can be cool. The rooms are nice but the bed is hard as a rock. Not for me. Also its a long walk from the train station especially when you have walked all day.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but hotel is very style over substance. No charging points in the room. Water not replaced, we were told to drink the tap water! Lighting in bathroom terrible. The food however was amazing, breakfast great and dinner in the restaurant, superb. Don’t like the dark corridors reminded me of a brothel!

Spa Bereich sowie das izakaya Restaurant Top. Die Bar vom Hotel kann ich nicht ganz empfehlen komische Atmosphäre, das einzige gute und positive war das der Barkeeper super sympathisch war.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many 5-star hotels in most major cities across Europe, US, and Asia. Roomers has become my favorite! The rooms and decor are great! The people and the fun vibe make it a really fantastic experience. And Izakaya restaurant has really great food.

Super Luxus Hotel mit einem tollen Flair. Das Staff ist wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man konnte frischen Kamillen Tee aufs Zimmer bestellen wenn man keinen Kaffee trinkt. Frühstück ist großartig aber der Preis ist auch dementsprechend. (42€p.P.) Der Spa Bereich und das Gym sind super um nach einem Städte Ausflug sich entweder nochmal richtig auszupowern oder herunter zu kommen. Der Dunkle Flair zieht definitiv junge Leute & Influencer an.
