There’s not a lot near the hotel. There is a 711 across the street but the markets are close by as well as old town which is why we stayed there a night. Lovely staff , clean room, drink specials and my husband loved that the iron allowed you to put water in it for steam like back home.

I have mix feeling from this hotel, The breakfast, simple, and my option, is boring, not much to choice between The room, is all new, but bathroom is small, and when you shower, the floor get all wet, bit annoying, They give you half toilet paper, that's a joke The TV, only Thai channels, feldt weird.. When is 99% tourists? The pool.. No bar, means, you go to 7-eleven, but you're own beer Toilets at pool, no one clean I like the staff, really friendly The location is close to everything, And is alright price, The truth is, I was happy to leave the hotel

Das Hotel hat eine sehr tolle Lage! Man kann es sogar mit europäischen Standards vergleichen. Sehr sauber, zuvorkommendes Personal und mit einem Grab ist alles sehr schnell und günstig zu erreichen. Under spätes Check-in war auch überhaupt kein Problem.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, nur wenige Minuten vom Central Phuket Einkaufszentrum entfernt, was einen Besuch auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert macht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings hätte ich mir eine größere Auswahl gewünscht. Ansonsten war der Bereich sauber und ordentlich. Ein wirklich störender Punkt war jedoch der unangenehme Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Toilette. Zudem funktionierte die Toilettenspülung einmal nicht, was aber nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption schnell behoben wurde. Ein Techniker kam sofort und reparierte das Problem. Ein weiteres Manko war, dass das Zimmer keinen Balkon hatte und sich die Fenster nicht kippen ließen – das empfanden wir als unangemessen. Insgesamt war es ein gutes Hotel, aber es gibt definitiv noch Raum für Verbesserungen.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! There is a massive shopping mall nearby, a 7/11 convenience store across the road and you are only 20 minutes to Patong, 20 minutes to Rawai to the south and roughly 10 minutes to Old Phuket town. Very clean rooms, everything is nearby and the beds are comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Cleaning staff...After room was "cleaned" and upon returning to room I noticed several stains throughout the top bedding. I immediately approached the cleaning staff(female) to ask her about it. She accused me of putting the stains on the bedding, after going back and forth with me/arguing she finally changed the bedding. She had an attitude with me because I asked for clean bedding. So I would say the cleaning staff attitude needs to improve.

I did not like the way I was treated by the staff. Was charge for pillows because two covers were stained with my hair color and this is the first hotel that has done that to me. It was only a little stain and it can be removed because i have done it in my house. Also, was only provided with two water bottles per day ( for drink and brush my teeth) I communicated with the hotel that it its my honeymoon and they didn’t do anything special. The only hotel I been in Thailand that I received this poor service

The hotel seems like its brand new but there are lots that needs to be changed there. The check in process was not fun at all. The staff were amazing, kind and very attentive. The area where the hotel is located wasn’t so pleasant tbh. For 3 star hotel it’s not bad.

Cleaning staff...After room was "cleaned" and upon returning to room I noticed several stains throughout the top bedding. I immediately approached the cleaning staff(female) to ask her about it. She accused me of putting the stains on the bedding, after going back and forth with me/arguing she finally changed the bedding. She had an attitude with me because I asked for clean bedding. So I would say the cleaning staff attitude needs to improve.

The front desk people don’t speak English, and don’t understand what u ask for. I ask to for stay one more night, because my daughter is sick and they ask for me change the room and pay double for what I pay before. They wouldn’t work with me. I booked out of that place. It’s in a terrible location unless you just need a place to crash. Screw that place no refund no nothing not friendly not nice. Just take my money and I checked out.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! There is a massive shopping mall nearby, a 7/11 convenience store across the road and you are only 20 minutes to Patong, 20 minutes to Rawai to the south and roughly 10 minutes to Old Phuket town. Very clean rooms, everything is nearby and the beds are comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Only thing could be improved is water pressure of shower. Also would be good if rooms had smart TVs instead of just normal tv stations.

Comfort beds, clean, staf was friendly. Don't know about the location, but with taxi and scooter was no problem with moving around. I missed bacon from breakfast. Overall i can recommend travelodge.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, nur wenige Minuten vom Central Phuket Einkaufszentrum entfernt, was einen Besuch auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert macht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings hätte ich mir eine größere Auswahl gewünscht. Ansonsten war der Bereich sauber und ordentlich. Ein wirklich störender Punkt war jedoch der unangenehme Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Toilette. Zudem funktionierte die Toilettenspülung einmal nicht, was aber nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption schnell behoben wurde. Ein Techniker kam sofort und reparierte das Problem. Ein weiteres Manko war, dass das Zimmer keinen Balkon hatte und sich die Fenster nicht kippen ließen – das empfanden wir als unangemessen. Insgesamt war es ein gutes Hotel, aber es gibt definitiv noch Raum für Verbesserungen.

I have mix feeling from this hotel, The breakfast, simple, and my option, is boring, not much to choice between The room, is all new, but bathroom is small, and when you shower, the floor get all wet, bit annoying, They give you half toilet paper, that's a joke The TV, only Thai channels, feldt weird.. When is 99% tourists? The pool.. No bar, means, you go to 7-eleven, but you're own beer Toilets at pool, no one clean I like the staff, really friendly The location is close to everything, And is alright price, The truth is, I was happy to leave the hotel
