We had such a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, so many options even for vegetarian people like us. Very clean. Christmas celebration was lovely in the restaurant. The pool is great .. big Buddha view from our hotel window. Thank you Ramada for the present stay!

Hôtel en bordure de Phuket City. Quelques options de restauration et de commerces accessibles à pied. Il vous faudra un transport pour aller au Central Festival Phuket Shopping. Établissement très bien tenu, petit déjeuner correct, cependant assez basique pour un goût européen (viennoiseries, jus de fruits !!☹️) Clientèle à 95% chinoise, attendez-vous à un choc des cultures dans les parties communes ! Le seul point à améliorer est la fréquence du nettoyage de l'espace commun de la piscine en roof-top que je vous conseille (suite à la peu de considération qu'a la clientèle majoritairement présente sur le reste du monde). Salle de fitness bien fournie. Personnel attentif et réception efficace. Établissement très agréable 🤗💤.

Pleasant place for a short stay. Nice, clean and well kept room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Can be noisy if you stay on the upper floors as they function room are above and the music is audible. Better sound proofing might help.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ramada Plaza. Great way to kick start our travels in Thailand. Room was spotless and great amenities. Roof top pool and bar is a must - some incredible views over Phuket and a clear view of the Big Buddha. The hotel is slightly away from the action but we had no trouble getting around with Bolt/Grab.

My room smelt like something died in it was so upset ruined my holiday meant to be 5 star !!!! They did nothing to fix the situation nor move to another rooms as well WHATEVER YOU DO DONT STAY ON FLOOR 6 there are weddings on level 7 and they stay awake all night partying this meaning I was awake past midnight every night with pounding loud music what a nightmare!!!! Room smell ruined my whole holiday in Thailand !!!!

Really nice, clean, opulent and nice place to stay. I have asked and received a quiet room and had a really nice dinner. Ok, I could have bought two meals elsewhere but it was really tasty and enjoyable. My only comment is that it is very difficult to understand the English of the team members. It’s not specific to this hotel but a good level of understandable English would have been so welcomed..

There was no soundproofing in the room at all, our neighbour was having a party at 1am in the morning and I could hear every song and their conversation in Indian!!! I could hear every door closing around me, I made a complaint with the staff and asked them to help. Yet the neighbour kept up until the wee hours. I couldn't sleep for the whole night. In addition, the staff at the hotel were not friendly and they seemed short-staffed.

I paid for Mountain View. First stay. Quiet and overlooked back parking lot with kind of a Mountain View. Second visit. I got to look at a Busy street and huge kind of like Home Depot building. Ask for a room at back of hotel. I would stay again.

Forferdelig frokost- totalt smaksløs. Dårlig service ved innsjekking. Vi ba om en ekstra seng da vi kom opp på rommet. Jeg var dårlig og reiste med to barn, de nektet å komme opp med den før jeg gikk ned og betalte- selv om jeg sa jeg tar det når jeg kommer ned senere.

We stayed only for 1 night at the Ramada, but had the great pleasure of experiencing the super staff at the hotel who were so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very nice, a little too close to the 6 lane road that is running just outside, and the morning breakfast buffet is very Asian in its assortment but the omelette by the cook was delicious. All in all it was a very pleasant experience to stay at the hotel, and the staff definitely made it memorable in a very good way 🙏
