El hotel está cerca del centro y tiene mucha vegetación. La habitación limpia y la cama muy cómoda pero es un cuarto pequeño no hay cuarto de baño y la tina está en una esquina. Muy ruidoso! Se escuchan desde autos hasta la licuadora de la cocina a las 7am, te proporcionan tapones de oídos. El restaurante esta al aire libre, su servicio lento y el desayuno incluido sin chiste. El spa es pequeño, buenos precios pero no te ofrecen una gran experiencia, comparte el baño con el restaurante así que si tienes que usarlo prepárate para salir en bata. Definitivamente no es un hotel boutique pero cobra como uno. La propiedad tiene dos partes, ten cuidado al reservar te puede tocar dormir en el estacionamiento y esa sección está bastante descuidada.

Genial para visitar en familia, la comida es excelente y hay músicas va en las noches ( en particular disfrutamos mucho del ensamble que se presentó el 28 de abril ). Hotel céntrico y habitación limpia, súper equipada y muy cómoda para una familia de 3 integrantes.

Beautiful staff, very helpful. We brought my aunt who uses a wheelchair but the hotel is not wheelchair friendly, we rented a beautiful bedroom but it was on a second story, the staff was able to accommodate in the first level by bringing an extra bed to the new room, something we really appreciated it.

Lovely little spot, very charming character. It’s supervising quiet at night considering busy it is during the day (except for weekends) The jacuzzi tub is a wonderful touch. For a 3 star this hotel packs a lot in. And the music on Friday night is wonderful.

Los dos únicos "inconvenientes" fueron que el closet era un poco pequeño, y que el frigobar enfriaba poquito, pero no fue un gran problema (nuestra estancia fue cerca de Navidad). A mi familia y a mí nos gustó mucho la decoración con plantas en las áreas comunes, y que la habitación fue amplia, muy limpia, camas confortables, la ubicación excelente porque está como a cuatro cuadras en linea recta del centro y llegabas en cinco minutos, pero en la noche no se oía el ruido de ahí, además la atención en recepción fue muy amable y el desayuno incluido muy sabroso. Por supuesto que regresaremos!! :)

Nos asignaron una habitacion bastante ruidosa, en la noche se escuchan los autos en la calle, la gente que pasa hablando, los tambores al dia siguiente a las 7 am, y un motor trabajando. Mucho ruido. La cama es comoda, las sabanas limpias, el baño genial. Las cortinas grises tenian telaraña. Llegar al lugar complicado, hay varias calles cerradas y hay que dar muchas vueltas, el lugar se ve mucho mejor en las fotos, pero no esta mal, el desayuno delicioso y la atencion del joven del desayuno y el niño del estacionamiento y recepcion excelente.

Muy bonita la decoración. Habitación limpia, cómoda y con muchas amenidades. Solo sugiero modernizar el ventilador porque hace mucho ruido. El servicio del personal estuvo excelente, muy atentos y con buena actitud. Lindo detalle el del lavado del coche al irse en el estacionamiento del hotel. Lo único que sugiero es mejorar la calidad de los alimento. El queso y la masa de la pizza son malos (no saben a nada). Sugiero que se ofrezca café americano además del de olla porque hay personas que no les gusta el de olla. El gerente muy atento, buena disposición y servicial. Cambien la terminal bancaria para que sirvan las tarjetas siempre. Gracias

The hotel is rustic, but overall well-preserved. The staff is kind, however I didn't receive the benefits for VIP members, the free tour was not offered at arrival nor the room upgrade and neither the late check-out. The location is somehow near the center of Valle de bravo; I got a room that was on the corner (room 9) and was noisy because both surrounding streets have people and cars driving by. It has parking space on a property across the street. The restaurant is average, the food was not particularly good. However the bed and bathroom was comfortable, it has a small fridge and safebox to keep valuable items. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

Llegar al lugar complicado, hay varias calles cerradas y hay que dar muchas vueltas, el lugar se ve mucho mejor en las fotos, pero no esta mal, el desayuno delicioso y la atencion del joven del desayuno y el niño del estacionamiento y recepcion excelente.

The staff is kind, however I didn't receive the benefits for VIP members, the free tour was not offered at arrival nor the room upgrade and neither the late check-out. The location is somehow near the center of Valle de bravo; I got a room that was on the corner (room 9) and was noisy because both surrounding streets have people and cars driving by. It has parking space on a property across the street. The restaurant is average, the food was not particularly good. However the bed and bathroom was comfortable, it has a small fridge and safebox to keep valuable items. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

Los dos únicos "inconvenientes" fueron que el closet era un poco pequeño, y que el frigobar enfriaba poquito, pero no fue un gran problema (nuestra estancia fue cerca de Navidad). A mi familia y a mí nos gustó mucho la decoración con plantas en las áreas comunes, y que la habitación fue amplia, muy limpia, camas confortables, la ubicación excelente porque está como a cuatro cuadras en linea recta del centro y llegabas en cinco minutos, pero en la noche no se oía el ruido de ahí, además la atención en recepción fue muy amable y el desayuno incluido muy sabroso. Por supuesto que regresaremos!! :)

El spa es pequeño, buenos precios pero no te ofrecen una gran experiencia, comparte el baño con el restaurante así que si tienes que usarlo prepárate para salir en bata. Definitivamente no es un hotel boutique pero cobra como uno. La propiedad tiene dos partes, ten cuidado al reservar te puede tocar dormir en el estacionamiento y esa sección está bastante descuidada.

La atención es muy buena, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de que todo fuera de nuestro agrado, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno, es muy relajante estar en el restaurante rodeado de plantas y el ruido de agua, sin duda cuando volvamos a ir a Valle de Bravo regresaremos ahí.

Muy bonita la decoración. Habitación limpia, cómoda y con muchas amenidades. Solo sugiero modernizar el ventilador porque hace mucho ruido. El servicio del personal estuvo excelente, muy atentos y con buena actitud. Lindo detalle el del lavado del coche al irse en el estacionamiento del hotel. Lo único que sugiero es mejorar la calidad de los alimento. El queso y la masa de la pizza son malos (no saben a nada). Sugiero que se ofrezca café americano además del de olla porque hay personas que no les gusta el de olla. El gerente muy atento, buena disposición y servicial. Cambien la terminal bancaria para que sirvan las tarjetas siempre. Gracias

The property itself is nice, the gardens nice the staff are all nice enough, and the food was pretty decent, the problem is when you arrive there’s earplugs on the bedside tables, which was a sign right away, the place is so loud you can’t get any peace day or night. It’s on a street corner. They put me in a room said it was an upgrade right in the corner, gas truck, screaming outside, fireworks, and bombs going off all night, there was a banda music bar that went until the wee hours, Moto’s with no mufflers, ATVs with no mufflers, people screaming in the streets, for the money they’re charging, it was brutal and we left two days early. The manager sent me a message saying if I had positive comments to please leave them if I had negative comments to please email her personally, she gave me a link which required me to open a Gmail account which I will not for just this reason, I wrote to her and requested the two nights back reimbursement for the breakfasts that we didn’t eat or the nights that we didn’t stay, she didn’t even get back to me, unfortunately, I never leave negative reviews but people need to be warned that this is not a peaceful place to stay. It is loud obnoxious, and the manager will not even attend to you other than give you a link which requires you to open a new email account to get a hold of her I requested she get back to me but she ignored me so I feel obligated to write this review if she would’ve had the decency to even write me back I wouldn’t have.

El hotel esta impecable. Para empezar la ubicación super centrica, estacionas tu carro y exploras. Las habitaciones super limpias, amenidades super lindas, agua fresca disponible todo el dia. El restaurante con excelente comida y precios. Mi madre fue fan de los jardines. Reserven un masaje, no se arrepentiran!
