If you're a fan of super low toilets, this is the hotel for you! And no grab bars to help get you off the toilet or out of the shower. No iron, no ironing board, no microwave, no hairdryer in the room. No closet either. And what they call a "breakfast included" is an embarrassment! Stale mini-donuts, hot water for tea and coffee. No telling how old the granola bars were because they fell apart when eating them. No juice(not even water for those who are not coffee or tea drinkers). No yogurt or fruit provided. When we arrived for breakfast at 9:00 am, there were 3 little donuts on a plate and nothing more. The guy behind the desk didn't seem too interested in re-supplying anything. Carpets had not been vacuumed when we arrived and we requested this be done, or bring us a vacuum and we would take care of it ourselves. Never happened. Asked for an iron and ironing board. We got the iron, but not the board. Electrical outlets in the room were so old that when we plugged in our phones to recharge, the plug fell out. Dangerous! The hotel is in serious need of some upgrades. My guess is that they don't care because there are so few hotels near Capitol Reef National Park, that they're pretty much the only game in town. They can charge whatever they like and provide whatever kind of service they want, because National Park visitors really don't have much choice unless they want to stay an hour or more from the park.

Nice place to stay outside of Capitol Reef National Park. Nice big room and bathroom but not much in the way of "little extras." No coffee maker, microwave or fridge in the room. Says it had laundry facilities but that meant going across the street to use someone else's. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice to have Cafe (and other restaurant) on site. Pretty setting.

Globalement satisfait du séjour, mis à part la qualité de la litterie. Le matelas était inacceptablement dégradé. Il était complètement creusé au milieu dans toute la largeur, ce qui faisait qu'aucune position n'était confortable. Nous avons dû combler le creux avec des oreillers afin de pouvoir dormir de manière plus ou moins correcte, sans risquer d'avoir mal au dos pour les jours à venir.

Room was over the bar but bar closed 9:30. Ok for us. Room was very spacious. Restaurant staff were excellent. Fast and effcient.
