Property undergoing renovations to bring up to date. I stayed in new side clean. Stairs outdated undergoing a makeup. All staff members we came in contact with were very pleasant. Lino in the cafe area was a pleasure, hospitable, respectful, welcoming. I can’t wait to see the final renovation. Closed to main highways. Good location.

They did not have elevators so with someone with disabilities it was not helpful. They should have advertised this.

One wing of the property was under construction. It did not interfere with us at all. Laundry room was closed however.

The property is currently under construction and the entrance for check in was difficult to see. Breakfast is currently grab and go. Room was clean and roomy though.

reception area and dinning room were under renovation. so breakfast was extremly limited. laundry room was available for use $6 for a wash and dry not too bad a price. bus service to Universal studios was good. room was clean and comfortable but the walls were thin and I could hear the guy in the room next to me coughing all night

Liked location, breakfast was good, staff fantastic,Renovations meant long walk to front desk and breakfast. No elevator for luggage to room on second floor Hotel overbooked, not given room we were expecting. Expedia was blamed for this. First night upgraded, second night downgraded.

Overall property was nice. Breakfast was delicious but no elevator to second floor. I was exhausted. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and It was in a great spot for dining, shopping, and close to Universal Park

The room was not bad but the lobby is under construction. There is no elevator and the carpet on the stairs was ripped and disgusting. Fortunately we are only here for one night

Remodeling was under way........but they gave me a newly remodeled room and it was nice and new.......

The property was under renovation, the place is ok if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Has a shuttle to Epcot and Universal, but the schedule doesn’t really work on the way back, as it’s before the fireworks

Room had a smell and was very humid. The stairwell was filthy.

There was a roach in the room when I opened the door. The tub was stained.

Very outdated carpets were filthy especially in hallways and stairwells. Cockroaches in living area.

Highly disappointed got there and couldn’t find the room due to construction. Found cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. Manager was very disrespectful and didn’t want to refund but a small amount of that we paid for when she said she would give half of the stay back. Stay at your own risk at this place.

Wouls give 0 stars. cockroaches. smelled of mold. It was disgusting! They keep trying to block this review even though it doesn't violate review rules. This place should be closed down

My recent stay at La Quinta Inn was absolutely unacceptable. When we checked into our room, there was hair in both beds that clearly wasn’t ours. The towels were covered in stains, and the shower had facial or pubic hair with visible dirt across the walls and floor. To top it off, there was even a crusted booger on the bathroom countertop — absolutely disgusting and proof that the room had not been properly cleaned. We also found two roaches in the bedroom — one dead and one alive. Despite making multiple complaints over back-to-back days, nothing was ever done. We were told housekeeping would address the issues, but the room was left in the same filthy condition. We were also promised a discount for the inconvenience, which we never received. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — unsanitary, unprofessional, and completely below basic hospitality standards. I would never stay here again until management takes real action to fix these serious cleanliness and customer service problems.

This hotel is very dirty and infested by roaches. It also smells bad. Personnel was friendly and did all they could to find ua a better room, but all were equally terrible. Checked out after the forst night out of 4 nights we had originally booked.

This hotel should be closed by the Florida Department of Health due to the roach infestation (we killed more than 10 roaches in different sizes - we got pictures). I have never ever had an experience like this in any place, especially in a hotel room, and on top of that, the negligence of employees saying they would charge me for a night because I was leaving that room full of roaches. The hotel also was very dirty, the stairs were rusty and dirty, and the room was bad, including the white tub with the floor black, the radio/clock was a piece of rusty metal the same as the bath curtain and the luggage stand. The room carpet, I guess, never has been cleaned... It was a nightmare because we had to leave with my poor son tired and it was very hard for us to find another hotel. We checked in around 2:00 pm and went out immediately and when we returned around 8:45 pm the nightmare started.

The room had a lot of humidity, smelled weird, I found several small cockroaches in the restroom, the carpet was very dirty. Really don't recommend this hotel anymore.

Very old, not too clean Roach In bathroom. When I first got into my room I figured I would sleep in my clothes on a chair. Beds and sheets didn’t look clean

The beds were absolutely terrible. They are completely worn out. The room smelled terrible, the refrigerator leaked, the floor was torn up, the tub was nasty and the toilet ran all night. It was super noisy. I would never ever stay there nor recommend it to anyone else,

Would never stay here again. Dirty, old, we kept hearing a loud bang in the room and had no idea where it came from. The TV was broken. I’m starting not to trust Expedia. Horrible and old. Not kid friendly. Ewww

So close to Universal it was insane, the staff was so nice and kind and everything was extremely clean. 4 stars because sometimes at night the our conditioning smelt a little burnt.

The bathroom shower faucet kept leaking. Internet was poor. Kept dropping. Carpets dirty. Breakast waffles were great. Same options though everyday. Some variety needed. Dove toiletries were nice. Staff were friendly ad helpful.

Water pressure is way too low. Everything else was great. They’re also the only hotel I’ve stayed in for a while that did not constantly smell like weed.

Basically you get what you pay for. Don’t get fooled by the price, breakfast is very simple, the rooms are old and the seating area is small. If you’re comfortable with that, then this is the perfect hotel. The service is great, location is very good as well if you have access to a car. The only thing that I thing should be much better is the Wi-Fi, very bad for year 2023 even for a budget hotel.

The Room had a damp smell, the beds were sagging, the water was not hot in the shower, the shower certain rail was loose and sagging. It was clean.

Room condition was below average, floor planks were coming out and the fridge and oven conditions were terrible, would not recommend this place to anyone

Just looking for a good night’s sleep. Very pleasant night desk clerk. Room was clean but hallway carpets were a disaster with lots of holes/bumps/tape to repair defects. Happy that rear doors were secure. Room 142 right near ice machine and boy, did we know it! My side of the mattress was completely caved in and sagging. Luckily I already have a bad back, so no extra damage done. I am including photo. Toilet seat so loose it almost spun off. Breakfast adequate. Pool area looked nice. Needs serious infusion of $$ to restore it to LaQuinta/Wyndham standards

Nice crew very welcoming employee's. Thank you to everyone in the hotel. En a very special shout out to the employee's at room 141. The Breakfast taste so much better because of the love they put in to it. Much Love ❤️

Overall the stay was good. No bugs, free breakfast with multiple options, proximity to stores, restaurants, and activities is excellent. Free parking and pet-friendly also . The room did have a rotten egg smell and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well, but those weren’t huge issues to me otherwise I would’ve reported to the front desk. The most annoying thing was the deposit. $100 in CASH only. This facility needs to update their policies because this is a dated process and extremely inconvenient. There is an ATM in the lobby, but there is a $3.50 fee. Make sure you are aware of this before checking in! Room 138 if you want to fix the smell and drain.

They were very understanding to your needs of being a guest in their hotel. Overall I thought my stay was pleasant and happy stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now the first time it was as if I found a gem as this location is incredibly close to the entrance of Universal and the turnpike. This time around I decided to bring some family along. Initially it was all about the same until we put our things in the fridge which was advertised as an amenity of the rooms. After about an hour we checked on some things and the fridge was not cooling at all. I called the front desk and the front desk girl showed up and disconnected and replugged the fridge and told me to wait an hour and see if it had cooled down if not they would get me a new one or move me to another room. Sounded fair so I did just that and took some stuff out as well in hopes of it working, when I checked in an hour it was the same temperature (warm). So i called again and was told they had no other fridges and no other rooms so to rotate my things and take things out because they had no other solutions. That being said I had perishables and was traveling with my 60 year old father in law who needed these things at a moments notice to take his medication with. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager and they told me they would call me in the morning. It was my father in laws idea to unplug it for a few hours since it may have frosted over that saved all of our food and money. The manager never called and I didn’t bother I just won’t be coming back, incredibly inconsiderate and bad hospitality. Says a lot about management.

The location was very accessible to I-4, the turnpike, and the outlets.

It was conveniently located to many shopping areas and fine dining. Universal was just a stone throw away and transport was easily available

The hotel is convenient to parks and shop and highways and restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. It is our second time staying at this hotel.

We love this hotel we stayed there before 3 years ago and we loved it that's why we booked it again it's at the international drive everything is beside you if you walk or drive. We will come again if we go to Orlando behind the hotel is Universal studios and Universal CityWalk you can walk or drive there it's about 3 mins with car. Disney and Disney Springs it's about 15 mins drive from International Drive to Kissimmee the only thing is be carefull of the way they drive they cars because it's not like Canadian people and if you like cars like the Ferrari and Maserati check out the dealers ship it's about 8 minutes Drive from the la Quinta hotel where we stayed they have a nice show room you can go and check it out and even take pictures. Sorry I forget to mention they accept dogs and they have free breakfast every morning.

We found this hotel to be very nice. Big pool. Great hot and cold breakfast. 24 hour coffee/tea machine in common area. Staff were always there when needed. Would stay there again.

The room was very clean. TV channels are awesome. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful with a lot of variety. Room amenities are very good. Hallway carpeting could be better. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was very convenient for Universal Studios. They provided a shuttle service. However, the driver left Universal a half hour earlier than was posted. Good thing we arrived early to catch it back to the hotel.

Bedd, sheets, pillows, rooms, all look like they were used for the last 20 years and never replaced. Bathroom showers weren't well kept, property was under renovation on the front side so breakfast was just a to go box with a scoop of eggs, toast and sausage links. None of which was noted on the listing, I would have stayed elsewhere for sure

I didn't like breakfast at all, they served all week same boiled cold eggs no ham/sausages which according to webster it does not classify as continental breakfast. Suggested if they can served something else, eggs other than boiled, their response only on weekends. Needed only two amenities wifi and bf.

Nice modern upgrade, noise 8-6 from Renovations but we were out in the day so no problems. Breakfast modified to grab and go, eat in your room or by the pool due to renovations.
