Beautiful landscaping with a view of the backside of Santorini. Having a pool and being a 5 min walk to the Oia footpath made this the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Super nice hotel, the property manager was really nice and helpful, she gave us a lot of tips and ideas for our trip. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from Oia, the bus stop to go to the other cities and beaches is outside the hotel. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant, however there are about 4 restaurants and coffee shops outside the property, and all the ocean view restaurants are 5 minutes away. The pool is clean and pretty, perfect for the nice Santorini weather. the bedrooms are pretty and comfortable. Great location and service. I will definitely come back

Oui cet hôtel ne donne pas sur la caldera, oui cet hôtel n’est pas aux derniers standards des hôtels d’oia. Mais cet endroit est charmant et a une âme. Un très bel endroit avec vue mer. Piscine top. C’est super propre et les propriétaires sont adorables et très disponibles. C’est un spot idéal pour les familles qui ont un budget limité avec des places de parking gratuit. Beautiful quiet and super clean apartment right by the main road. It was nice to sit out on the balcony or have the screened windows open and enjoy the breeze. It’s close to a number of excellent restaurants, walkable to Oia, and near the bus stop. The pool was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were helpful with all of my questions and suggested where to eat and top sites to see. They also had very cute cats!

We loved the Flower. Our room seemed to be brand new. Super clean with a beautiful bathroom. TV has Netflix and Prime. The grounds are spacious with a nice pool. Parking right on site. Short walk to the crowded area.

The Flower is a great place to stay especially compared to prices in the area as Santorini is very expensive compared to some other islands. I would have given 5 stars except for the beds which were very hard and uncomfortable. The host Flora tried to help by putting a duvet cover over top of my mattress but it was only marginally effective. We were in a triple room with a queen and single mattress, the queen mattress was hard also. The view from the balcony was a great view of the sea. There are many restaurants both close by and within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside. The pool was great but unheated as are every pool we found during our stay in the islands. There are also several grocery stores nearby. The landscaping of the property was beautiful and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Such a wonderful quaint hotel. Clean pool and rooms and a fantastic price for so close to all of the main Oia attractions. Very kind people allowed us a late checkout so we could relax after a morning hike. Thank you!

I can’t be more pleased with this wonderful hotel in Santorini. It was beautifully kept inside out. The grounds and pool and common areas are super clean and in beautiful condition. The hostess—Flora is THE Best hostess and provided us superb service. We are definitely coming back!

Very quiet yet within 10 minute walk of all the sights in Oia. Our room was impeccably clean. The provided tea and instant coffee helped us get off to a good start despite our jet lag. And Flora is just so kind and helpful. We rented a car to see Akrotiri and Monti Profiti Ilias so it was great to have parking at the pension. However, public transit via local bus is totally possible too since there's a bus stop within 50m. If you want to overspend, then follow the instagrammers to a caldera view. If you want a genuine Santorini experience for a reasonable price, then Flower Pension is a true gem in the glitzy Oia area.

Es un un hotel increíble, bonito, cerca de todo lo que necesitas visitar en Oia, restaurantes, mini markets etc. Flora es una persona encantadora y amable al igual que su papá fue estupendo que hablarán español, me ayudó a llegar al hotel y siempre atenta a nuestras dudas, dispuesta a ayudar!. La limpieza se realiza diario en la habitación y también te cambian toallas a diario! La habitación es espaciosa, con Smart tv, refrigerador, aire acondicionado, wifi potente en todas las áreas del hotel. Sinceramente a mí me pareció una joya este hotel, puedes ver la maravillosa puesta de sol desde tu balcón. La alberca es limpia y templada. El hotel se encuentra justo en la parada Vazelos del autobús público, estupendo! Por supuesto volvería a hospedarme aquí 100% recomendado Gracias por tu amabilidad Flora!

Flora is a fantastic host! She was very helpful with anything we needed. The property was beautiful and clean. It was an easy walk down to the blue domes, the market and an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. The beds in our room were a bit on the harder side but that’s about the only thing that didn’t feel perfect.

My stay at The Flower was amazing - rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location is a short walk to Oia, close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with the air conditioning in my room, and they addressed the situation quickly. I had a great time exploring Santorini and relaxing by the pool - hope to visit again!

An amazing stay here! The price for Oia was very cheap so didn’t have high expectations but I cannot find fault. A lovely family run hotel which gives a personal touch and Flora was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much. Room was basic but have everything needed for a few days stay. Pool was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel! Flora the host is lovely and so helpful, we can’t thank her enough for making our time in Oia so amazing. The rooms are very large, very clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms are a really good size. The room had a lovely furnished outdoor patio with a clothes line to dry your clothes, which was handy after travelling for the last few weeks. The pool is fabulous and perfect after a long day in the sun. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from central Oia and faces the other side, but in our opinion that absolutely added to the charm, we got to watch the famous sunset in complete seclusion with a glass of bubbly instead of battling the crowds on the Oia terraces. The hotel also has two mini markets, two very good restaurants, great coffee and two atms all steps away from the front entrance. We loved our stay and highly highly recommend Pension the Flower!

One of the best experiences with hotels on our honeymoon. We had a late flight so the owner stayed up until 1am to let us in. Very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is very close to Oia and is a bargain for the price. Room is big and modern with windows having motorized blackout shades(perfect if you like to sleep in) and there was a huge terrace with water views. They also helped us book the airport transfer and then a ferry transfer. The price for the transfers was $45 which is very low for the area.

The hotel is very close to Oia and is a bargain for the price. Room is big and modern with windows having motorized blackout shades(perfect if you like to sleep in) and there was a huge terrace with water views. They also helped us book the airport transfer and then a ferry transfer. The price for the transfers was $45 which is very low for the area.

There's no restaurant, no breakfast, but very good restaurants are very close to the property. Bus stop is very nearby. Walking distance to the attractions in Oia. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Flora was very friendly and accomadating for our delayed flight. Was very efficient in answering emails. Views from our private picnic table was fab and pool was very welcome to cool down. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely property, lots of beautiful gardens, beautiful views of Oia and vineyards. Nice to be out of the chaos of Oia but only a 10 minute walk into it. The Fira/Oia trail access is right there as well as the bus stop. Flora is very kind and booked us a return car to the ferry. Also easy to contact and met all our needs! We were also greeted every morning and night on our balcony by a super cute and friendly black cat. Definitely a highlight. Would definitely recommend.

I am so happy with our decision in choosing this property in Santorini. Easy walk to Oia scenic views and shopping. Very helpful and kind staff. They helped organize a trip for us and our taxi rides. This was our second stay at Pension the Flower. The location is ideal - easy 5 minute walk into Oia. The facilities are super clean. Air conditioning is excellent. Flora is a fantastic hostess. We had a car, but the bus stop is right next to the hotel. We will definitely be back next time we're in Santorini.

We had an amazing stay at Pension The Flower in Oia, Santorini! The room was perfect—comfortable and just right for our stay, with stunning views in an ideal location, just a short walk from everything. Flora, the owner, went above and beyond to make our trip smooth. She arranged our airport transfer prior to arrival and stayed up late to check us in after our flight was delayed. We loved the Flower. Our room seemed to be brand new. Super clean with a beautiful bathroom. TV has Netflix and Prime. The grounds are spacious with a nice pool. Parking right on site. Short walk to the crowded area.

This was an excellent location with a great sea view and very quiet. Flora and her staff were so accommodating. The pool was an added bonus and the surrounding landscaping was beautifully done. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Très bon choix de logement. Idéalement situé à l'entrée d'oia. Pres des loueurs de véhicules et mini market et bus stop juste devant. Le personnel très aimable comme tous les personnes que nous avons rencontrés pendant ce magnifique séjour. Piscine très appréciable quand il fait chaud. Couleur des bâtiments tres jolie avec bougainvilliers en fleurs.

Super nice hotel, the property manager was really nice and helpful, she gave us a lot of tips and ideas for our trip. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from Oia, the bus stop to go to the other cities and beaches is outside the hotel. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant, however there are about 4 restaurants and coffee shops outside the property, and all the ocean view restaurants are 5 minutes away. The pool is clean and pretty, perfect for the nice Santorini weather. the bedrooms are pretty and comfortable. Great location and service. I will definitely come back

Very relaxing stay, short walk (8-10 minutes) to shops and restaurants. Small Grocery store, cafe and bus stop across the street. Flora who manages the hotel was beyond sweet and helpful. Overall loved my stay and plan to return with my family.

Beautiful quiet and super clean apartment right by the main road. It was nice to sit out on the balcony or have the screened windows open and enjoy the breeze. It’s close to a number of excellent restaurants, walkable to Oia, and near the bus stop. The pool was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were helpful with all of my questions and suggested where to eat and top sites to see. They also had very cute cats!

The Flower is a great place to stay especially compared to prices in the area as Santorini is very expensive compared to some other islands. I would have given 5 stars except for the beds which were very hard and uncomfortable. The host Flora tried to help by putting a duvet cover over top of my mattress but it was only marginally effective. We were in a triple room with a queen and single mattress, the queen mattress was hard also. The view from the balcony was a great view of the sea. There are many restaurants both close by and within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside. The pool was great but unheated as are every pool we found during our stay in the islands. There are also several grocery stores nearby. The landscaping of the property was beautiful and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

This is a real gem! So close to all of the restaurants and attractions in Oia - no need for a car. Its also quiet and restful with a great pool and patios. Best of all- it is so reasonable you can spend your savings on great meals and experiences.

It was walking distance into Oia and so easy to get around the rest of Santorini since the Bus Stop was literally across the street. Flora was so helpful and very friendly. We appreciate her helpful tips to get us oriented to the area. When we had a ferry cancellation, she was very supportive in helping us rearrange our plans. Room was perfect for what we needed and we appreciated it's location, cleanliness, and view. Would recommend to friends/family and stay here again.

Mas, para quem não pretende dirigir, o transporte público funciona muito bem e há linhas de ônibus para praticamente todos os principais pontos da ilha. O chuveiro e o ar-condicionado funcionam muito bem, e a área em frente ao hotel é simplesmente linda. A única coisa que senti falta no quarto foi de um microondas e de alguns utensílios básicos, como pratos e talheres, para o caso de querermos comer alguma coisa no próprio quarto. This property is located just outside the main hub of Oia which makes it relaxing and quiet. The pool was so nice in the hot afternoons. The room was simple and extremely clean. Flora was amazing and even helped with restaurant reservations and our Ground Transportation. There is a Market and a Coffee Shop less than a minute walk from the property. If you want a place a short walk away from of the crowded streets of Oia at a reasonable rate this is the place to stay. Absolutely, would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone heading to Santorini and Oia.
